Clematis House Gloucester Road

This pleasant B&B is located just a minute or so from Cheltenham train station and approximately a 20 minute walk from Cheltenham Centre if you’re feeling energetic, but if not there are cabs and busses right outside the station. The hosts Karen and Ken were extremely welcoming and made us feel at ease, Karen even recommended somewhere to eat in the evening. The room we had was really nice and looked out onto the lovely rear garden. The bed was so comfortable. There was a nice little touch of a few bathroom essentials in case you had forgotten something. The tea and coffee station in the room provided a good variety of drinks and little snacks. The option of the full English breakfast the next morning was a winner for us but if that’s not your thing then there’s plenty of cereal, fruit, juices and toast if you prefer. We would say a stay at Clematis House is very good value for money.
