Good value, would use again.

Location to train station and shop's.

Radiators on heating system in need of bleeding. Hot water flexi-hose was linked preventing hot water to run.

Would’ve been to have been told in advance that the room has a fridge. Fridge makes a fair amount of whirring noise. Spring-loaded doors bang and wake you up early. How about some sound absorption panels on the ceiling?

It was clean and comfortable.

Not being in the same building as drug users and people who have been in prison. Keys could do with been put on a land yard, as I locked myself out, no Internet connection, staff unhelpful!

You get what you paid for.

Compact and cosy, extremely affordable compared to everywhere else within Cheltenham, free onsite parking and solid WiFi. Microwave-oven and fridge in room made things excellent for the short-term stay.

Heating system did fail, meaning no hot water on property, but room was equipped with electric heater, and the issue was resolved within 1 day after a phone call.

Cheap basic accommodation, served its purpose

Location

Squeaking bed every time we rolled over, had to wait half an hour in the car park for a code we were told was arriving at 2 but didn’t receive until 2.30, which made us late for an event we were attending.

As expected. As advertised. Nothing special. Just a place to stay

Convenient location close to Cheltenham Spar Train station. I booked very late on a Friday night as a last ditch accommodation option after other plans fell through. I was relieved to find somewhere to sleep. The en suite shower was a bonus despite not being the pressure and temperature being inconsistent. The complimentary tea and coffee was appreciated but went unused. I didn't use the shared toilet facilities so I cannot comment on them.

The check in process was confusing. Booking.com sent me a code for the door which worked. When I called the accommodation to complete my booking and pay a deposit, I was told that I didn't have a code yet so I shouldn't have been able to get in. This made me feel that the property was unsecure. However, this was redeemed once I got into my room. The deadbolt lock on the door felt more reassuring.

Good budget accommodation option in a great spot.

Great location. We were going to Deya brewery which is a 5 minute walk. Steam & Whistle pub on the way which serves really good pizza, and Madisons cafe round the corner for breakfast in the morning. Staff were on hand to reply to emails promptly (I recommend emailing them if like us your access code hasn't arrived by 2pm the day of arrival), and the room was clean with fresh sheets and towels etc. Free parking as well which was a bonus.

Shower was a bit leaky and the fridge was quite noisy, and the key lock box was broken. But no real complaints for the money we paid.

It had everything for an overnight stay especially the fridge which was a godsend as I had food with me and this was a last minute booking due to a developing migraine.

Was Local to the Cotswolds Following day.

The Security Code to enter Building & bedroom door. Took over one hour to accept code and get Key out. Wasted our Precious time When I was Celebrating my birthday With my Partner. Please Could I have my room refunded from Security Code very Challenging and difficult to Access When we Were both very tired from a long journey from London. Thanks Miss L. Diamond.

The room was fair the other bathroom was dirty had dry poo on the floor called the office they put it upon myself to take a picture and sent an email allegedly they can’t address it without proof Which I believe is too much work for a guest rather than for management to speak to the house keepers. When I checked out the poo was still there…. This can only be a place for desperation.

Very unsafe accommodation. We had police in and out all evening. It was very clear that there is illegal proceeding happening the building. We had to leave in the middle of night as police were searching the building looking for someone. We were offered £20 credit as a sorry. But there was no concern from staff from the police presence and was told ‘It’s fine, don’t worry about it’.

Near station

No staff on site. Group of youths (2 boys and 1 girl) sat in small hallway outside downstairs rooms at 5am having drinks and talking loudly. Had to get up and to tell them to be quiet. Nobody keeping an eye on things.

Just locayion

Nothing was working there not even shower, it was humid inside the room more like boiler room on top of that there windows was jammed when we tried call the customer service they were like its for health and safety issues but we were on the ground floor and we have seen some windows open on 1st floor though which I think never bothered them thats makes it more funny and also the temperature outside was more than 30. So I wouldn’t recommend or think of going back there so all we had is tortures stay

Location

Rather than the location , I did not like anything. Wastage of money . Miscommunication between the staff members and the customers. The room was very small but it’s okay . The problem was that in this summer season there was not any way to get the air in the room as we couldn’t open the window. We requested for a fan but they could not provide a fan even after knowing there was a problem with the window lock . Basically their check in time is 2pm and check out time 10 am. We travel from far so requested to check in middle of the night . Before booking the room we did chat and after getting the confirmation of mid night check in we booked the room but we were waiting for the access code to enter the property but the code was provided in the morning . So we requested for late check out as we couldn’t check in on time as they were unable to provide the access code on time. 10:30 of the morning the room service staff knocked on the door while we were resting even though we informed earlier about our late check out. I opened the door and informed about my late check out and shut the door. Was trying to rest and in the mean time the room service staff started chatting with other room service staff. As the length of room and other rooms were short and close to each other , we could hear their chatting from the room while they were standing on the corridor and chatting . At 11:15 am , I received a cl from the hotel staff to pay £15 for late check out. I was surprised. Even though it was all their fault they asked for late check out payment . Then I complained and left the property at 11:20am. So disappointing.

- The location is good. very close to the railway station. - I got my room on the ground floor at the back building. Very convenient for my heavy luggage. - I like the carpeted floor. Kept my feet warm on the rainy day.

Very Basic Accomodation

Location

The settee had a broken leg at one end making it lopsided and had splits in the seat. Window was faulty and seemingly only held in place by the safety chain. I had to physically manhandle it to get it closed properly. The tap in the kitchen dripped. The housekeeper entered the room on the first morning without knocking while I was still in bed. The duvet cover was split. No lights on the car park. Wi-fi didn't work. Traffic noise was loud being right on the front, an extra layer of secondary glazing would help. No bedside table or lamp. No fan or air-conditioning. 10am is too early for standard check out. 11am or even 12noon should be achievable without niggardly £15 extra charge.
