Very convenient parking just behind the building. Staff were always on hand by phone for any queries. Kitchen clean. Excellent breakfast selection of goods. Good location. A very comfortable stay.

I’ve now stayed in three of the four apartments within this block, and they’re all just as lovely as each other. Each one is big, spacious, comfortable, warm, and spotless – everything you could really ask for. As my company is located in Cheltenham, I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels around the area over the years, and while some are better than others, these apartments have definitely become my go-to. They just make for a much nicer, more relaxed stay. The free parking is a real bonus, too. A thoughtful touch from the host is the breakfast selection that’s always provided – croissants, bread, cereal, milk, butter, tea/coffee, fruit – and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. It really does feel like a home away from home. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Cheltenham. You’re only a short walk from the shops and local amenities, and Cineworld is literally just over the road if you fancy a film. The host is consistently friendly, welcoming, and easy to contact – always makes you feel looked after. All in all, just a really pleasant place to stay, and one I’d happily recommend.

We were in the Leckhampton Suite and could see our motorbike parked at the back right outside our bedroom. Property is GORGEOUS. I could have cried with relief after travelling for several weeks abroad to come home and be coddled. Milk, croissant and juice in the fridge, enough tea and coffee to drown yourself in. A loaf of bread, cereals, fruit. An extremely comfy bed. Fluffy towels, and decent shower, toiletries. We didn't cook but the cupboards are full of pots, pans & crockery. The place was SPOTLESS. Lots of info about the local vicinity, shops/banks/restaurants etc. We went to a Thai restaurant that was recommended and it was excellent. I'd definitely stay there again. The only niggle is the main door at the street has a problem with the snib, it needs shoogled a bit to get it to shut properly

Everything was as we expected and it was fab! It was a lovely touch to have all the makings for breakfast left for us. And it was less than 5 minutes stroll into town. We can’t wait to return.

I was amazed at the high standard for money here. Super-comfortable and spacious apartment with lovely touches such as a fresh fruit bowl, breakfast items and coffee machine. Very nice lady there to check me in. Tiny quibbles : I got the email via hotels.com with check in instructions on the day of my check-in, and I was driving so never saw it until after check in. Would be better to send the day before. Also, idiot-proof instructions for the coffee machine and dishwasher would have helped me! I was only there for one night and in a hurry in the morning I found these things a bit difficult. But a lovely if too brief stay. If I’m ever back in Cheltenham I will definitely be back. ♥️

Loved the size and comfort of the suite. Really appreciated having milk, bread and breakfast cereal in the kitchen when we arrived late at night. Property was very far from train station and far from main bus station so if you arrived / left by public transit it was tricky.

Absolutely loved it here. Clean, safe and comfortable with all the little extras one would expect from a good hotel. Sadly, hotels.com neglected to tell us about the free parking or the continental breakfast that was included in the price. This meant we spent an additional£25.00 that could have gone towards a nice meal! The apartment itself was faultless and the person who checked us in was excellent too. We will be returning.

Excellent one bedroomed, comfortable apartment with every mod con. Free parking provided and provisions for breakfast etc in the fridge which was a nice touch. Good communications, price and friendly check-in. Very handy for the town centre which was within easy walking distance. The surrounding area was perfectly safe but outlook over a large municipal car park spoilt the ambiance just a little. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment! The flat was spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The bed was super comfy and we were pleasantly surprised that breakfast items had been provided as well. The only (small) niggle was that the heating was set quite high so it was a bit warm, but nothing major. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! Recommended!!

Cheltenham is a beautiful place to visit and the apartments are only several minutes walk from most of the central areas. The small apartment was an ideal base for the pair of us and contained everything we needed to be self sufficient, with helpful touches such as milk, bread etc. We loved the quirky design which seems to have been given much thought. Very helpful staff and good communication. My only comment that I hope will be helpful is that in our apartment (? Smallest in the block) there wasn’t much wardrobe space, coat pegs or bathroom shelving, so a consideration if we were to stay more than a couple of days

We arrived on Sunday 4th September, later than we thought but were made welcome. The apartment was cleaned every day. and the small minor issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to leave Cheltenham until the evening on our last day. The owners were most helpful and provided us with another room until the evening at no additional cost. We will certainly be staying again when we next visit Cheltenham and would recommend the apartments to potential guests.
