Great stay for the one night we needed.

Good location. Free parking space on site. Clean and tidy. Big room with a double and single bed. Big on suite bathroom. Friendly customers in this local bar. Value for money. Very friendly staff, most helpful, we arrived hours before check in time but the room was ready and we were allowed access which was good because we could off load bags and get on with our day.

Parking is challenging. The pub does allow you to park in zone 1, which can be a long way from the pub. I would say the pub does not have parking.

The room was very small, the bathroom had only standing room, a large person wouldn’t be able to go in there, and the bathroom door was a plastic folding door!

The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful

The lock on the door didn't work so you could just push the door open. Not very safe, especially for lone travellers. I'd expect this to be something they check to ensure security, especially for the high price they charge. The beds were also very uncomfortable with very old springs, and the shower was intermittently warm

Had a great stay, the accommodation was great and the location was absolutely perfect for my needs

Location was absolutely great. The room was clean, comfortable and quirky. The owner is very friendly and made me feel welcome. Will definitely look to book again if I’m up that way.

With the location comes noise - could hear the street cleaners in the early morning. But what do you expect when you’re in the heart to town!! That’s down to location and nothing to do with the great accommodation.

Lovely stay, friendly owner/staff and excellent location

It's the second time I've stayed here and love this place. The owner/staff are lovely, helpful and accommodating. The pub itself has a really homely pleasant feel. The location was excellent for where I needed to be and is very central. Very clean and all the facilities adequate for what I needed.

The staff were so very welcoming and friendly.

As it was very hot weather we had to.keep the Windows open and it was very noisy from both traffic and seagulls but know there is nothing can be done about either. Perhaps a fan in the room when it's hot weather.
