We enjoyed our stay at Citrus Hotel in Cheltenham and would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone wantin

Bright and airy room, clean, comfortable and plenty of power points. Good bathroom and shower. Location was very central to Cheltenham shops, stores, restaurants, cafes etc., and basement car parking and good breakfast provided. It is a gateway to the Cotswolds.

Only 2 pillows had to ask for 2 more tea/ coffee facilities poor.. Have a small bar but no confectionery such as snacks crisp nuts etc

The hotel was central, good value for money and had secure parking

The facilities were basic. The room furnishings were clean but dated. The parking was quite difficult due to small spaces and many concrete pillars

Location is great and the room was clean. Friendly staff.

The room had a very strong smell of chlorine or something similar There was no plug near the bed. The cleaners came in the room next door at 8 in the morning and put loud music while working. They turned it off as soon as i opened my door and realized someone was in the next room.

Good size room. Proximity to town centre.Pleasant staff on arrival.

The additional costs. Lack of vacuuming on carpet. After leaving electronic tablet under pillow by mistake and following several requests only a few hours after leaving, this item could not be found despite housekeeping had cleaned the room!!! Extremely disappointed.

Basic. I was not comfortable, but the price perhaps reflected that? £45 for just me for the room

There was a friendly face on reception. Room location was ok and spacious. Clean. Heated towel rail.

No teaspoons, leaky kettle. No de-caf tea. No TV controller but they brought one immediately. Very outdated room and quilts very thin. I was cold and there was no heating that I could see that I could control. The radiator did not work.

I felt safe and comfortable.

The bed was really comfortable, the room was basic but had everything you needed. It was warm. I enjoyed my stay a lot it was such a convenient location for me and very good value for money.

The bathroom could have been finished better but it was clean and functional. Overall I would definitely stay again. I felt safe and comfortable.

Bizarre

Comfortable bed, large room, right in the town centre. Possibly the ugliest building in the town The room was an alarming shade of pink, and the bathroom floor blood red Cheap on a Sunday night.

Shower had no soap dispensers. The bath had a shampoo dispenser but no shower. No power outlets near the bed. The closest was 6 m away. The kettle was maybe the smallest I have ever seen, it wasn't big enough for two cups. The carpet in the corridor could cause an epileptic fit and was very disturbing visually. I'd be very disappointed if I had paid the normal midweek rate.

Room/bathroom was quite dirty and smelt like smoke, beard like shavings still left on sink and the sink plug was jammed shut so you couldn’t drain any water out.
