Rooms are to hot! We only had a small window and it didn’t open very far so not much air to circulate, if the rooms were cooler then it would have been 10 out of 10!

Very odd unclean place, wouldn't recommend, wouldn't return.
The window opened which enabled us to control the room temperature. Staff were pleasant.
It was not clean, there were so many hairs in the bathroom I stopped counting to avoid feeling unwell. The 'spa' is more akin to a council run leisure centre in disrepair, filthy changing room. Location is poor but that can't be helped.

Would property not stay at this Motel again.
No working Elevator to take the luggage up and down the levels. For the price we paid, you would expect either an elevator or at least a Bell Person to assist. I asked at Reception could she call the Duty Manager so we could use the one Elevator on the premises as this is was written the Note on the Elevator said to do only to be told that the Elevator doesn't work.
