    Our son had arranged a champagne dinner at The Ivy, so we decided to stay overnight. The Malmaison was an excellent choice. Nice room, good service, helpful people.

    We had a simple room for the night, but not only was it poor, the air conditioning was noisy and not giving cold air, the water didn't come out the tap properly and shower was poky. All in all, spent a few hours in it, got up early and left as that was better than stopping in the room. Won't be rushing back to play the least. Shame
