Neptune Boutique Hotel Apartments

Clean, updated very well presented apartment. Lovely touches to the apartment - comfortable, friendly stay. Pet friendly which is such a bonus!

The only part which let this apartment down with the noise. I’m not one to moan sorry however, it can be very very loud at night time. Even with the windows and shutters closed, it sounded like I had the windows open.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung sehr zentral

Excellent location right on the main street and shopping areas

The apartment was 3 floors up with no lift

Clean. Everything you need for a short stay.

The listing needs to be more explicit. It was described as a one bedroom appartment. One bed + one bed settee. I assumed from that it was a separate bedroom with a bed settee in the living area. It was in fact a studio. One room + a bathroom (with a translucent door, so lacking privacy). Had I realised it was a studio I would not have booked it. I had a very uncomfortable night as we had booked it for the Cheltenham half marathon. The person accompanying us was not a particularly close friend or family member, just someone we knew who was also there for the event. Please change the description in your listing.
