The location was excellent if not a little noisy being right in town
No car park . I didn't realise when I booked , that the property and check in at Portland Street had a customer car park as if I’d have known , I’d have booked to stay there . Also , I learnt a valuable lesson for not informing that I have heart issues and a ground floor would be preferable as I was given a room on the top floor and the stairs with my luggage was a little too much for me !

The property was in an ideal location, close to town centre.
The room wasn’t very clean, with dust on the lamp next to the bed. You could hear every noise from the other guests, due to the design of the property.
