Best place we ever stayed. Pat is the best host imaginable. Absolutely delightful service. She met us at the entrance, and showed us around. The place was immaculately clean. She shopped for fresh food for breakfast after asking what we would like the previous night, and what a breakfast it was .... WOW. Fresh fruit, fresh rolls, eggs cooked to perfection, smoked salmon, fresh juices .... The room was AMAZING. Huge, modern, huge bed, really spacious bathroom with a monsoon shower and lovely bath tub, and lots of high quality bath products. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Pat is the best, and her circular home is spectacular and furnished beautifully. WOW... Also the location was a 10 for us, as it is on a very quiet area with trees, and within walking distance of all the sights.

IT WAS PERFECT!

This is a lovely quirky house within easy walking distance of central Cheltenham. The room and bathroom are beautifully fitted out and contain everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately due to the (summer 2026) heatwave the house was extremely hot. A fan was supplied but it was difficult to cool down the whole room.

We immediately felt at home on arrival as the owner was so friendly. The room and en-suite bathroom were superb and equipped to a higher standard than many 5 star hotels. The bed was soft but supportive. The welcome drink and introduction was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was exceptional. This was one of the nicest bed and breakfast properties we have stayed in and would love to return during next year's visit to Cheltenham. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and happy to give a 10 out of 10 rating.
