The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
One staff member did not have a warm attitude at check-in and the same individual was assisting at breakfast the following morning. When asked about a popular local activity, they appeared visibly hassled and also got our breakfast order wrong. When we said that the order is not right, their defensive response further diminished our experience. This interaction left a poor impression, and as a result, we chose not to have breakfast for the remainder of our stay. What is more, for a nightly rate of nearly £200, it is disappointing that breakfast is not included. The limited choice between a continental or made-to-order breakfast, combined with the staff’s inattentive and dismissive approach, significantly detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, that lack of professionalism is what we will remember most about this stay, leaving it an unpleasant one.

breakfast was exceptional value, room was clean and well laid out. problem with toilet flush was fixed. tv reception poor known by staff. Parking provided very suitable. garden area is nice but needs some tidying up.
Pillows we found uncomfortable, they were unable to offer feather or down pillows so we bought some new locally
