The equipment is in bad shape, the curtains are not stopping the light at all, the shower is not good, the windows were dirty, only one set of keys, the design is horrible.

Apartment was lovely, very spacious. continental breakfast basket included which was a bonus. Fresh milk, butter , jam and orange juice in fridge. Everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and walk in wardrobe. Lovely view of river

great location for city and for Duthie park, lovely spacious apartment, great parking, kids loved the cereal boxes 😊 Very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. Appreciate the early check in also!

I have never left a bad review but felt I had to warn others

I was first told could check in early before we paid as we needed in early for a show then when already on route to apartment was told this is no longer possible . Then after a bad attitude from owner I got asked to pay £250 deposit at the last minute which I paid no issue . Due to the hard time already endured on our trip I decided to record the apartment when we left to ensure deposit back . Almost 2 weeks later I called to let the owner know that we still hadn’t received our deposit back to which he said “you left a bad review “ when I ensured him I had proof that the apartment was spotless he then came up with the story that we had smoked in the room and couldn’t prove that . I felt the apartment was very dated and rough in areas and for the money asked it could be kept in better condition which is why I left the bad review in the first place . So if you don’t want to lose your deposit I advise not to leave a bad review .

Fabulous Flat!

Everything else! Lovely spacious flat with parking space. Great views over the river . Close to Duthie Park, city centre, harbour and beach

Nothing major...The shower in ensuite could do with a new shower head. We only had 2 bath towels for 4 of us, we got some in Tesco. The living room could do with a table lamp, it was a bit bright watching TV at night
