Very disappointing for the money paid. I did log it with Booking.com on morning of 7th August but have not had a reply

The beds were comfortable and clean

The state of disrepair in the property was very high. Cupboard door hanging off in kitchen, holes in skirting boards, broken furniture and fittings. Dishes in kitchen weren’t clean and we had to wash all crockery and cutlery before it could be used. No washing up bowl or plug for the sink so this wasn’t easy. The 2 bedrooms downstairs did not smell pleasant / close to toilet and there was a strong scent of urine which couldn’t be masked. The street didn’t feel particularly nice - lot of shouting and swearing outside in first day

Nothing it was basically falling apart, was lied too especially for the money I paid

Wasn’t as advertised and the owner doesn’t give deposit of £250 back and doesn’t message to give a reason when nothing was damaged

Good place to stay and met our needs

A good range of breakfast items were available and there were a lot of basic items left in the house which was great

Some of the furniture was in need of a bit of repair but it was functional

Pleasant and good

The place was as described, and the value for money was great. The host was really helpful and responsive. The dishwasher was a nice touch and the washing machine had a dryer. Overall very good and has everything a large group can need. Location is also ideal.

Some of the rooms in the basement were a bit dark and one of them had some damp (although there was a dehumidifier running in there)

exactly what we needed as a base for Brewdog AGM / Bars in Aberdeen.

lots of space, fit perfectly for 6 of us to use as a base, 6 good size double beds, short walk to co-op to fill the well sized fridge freezer, all the white goods you need. about 20 minutes walk to town centre, fairly private property. Hosts provided entry promptly on day of arrival.

Good value for money

Plenty of space and rooms were fine for what we needed. Lovely view of the city from the tail end of the garden

Few cracks and damp spots throughout. Also a fairly dangerous drop in the back garden with no railing or warnings, health and safety hazard

whilst we had a great weekend, we were somewhat disappointed with the condition of the flat. Broken photo frame on unit,

location was good. beds were clean and comfortable.

It wasn’t clean. we picked 2 up beer bottle lids, and two bits of paper from under the sofa. Grill pan in oven was full of crumbs & grease. Kitchen floor is in dangerous condition, photos attached. lights hanging out of ceiling! All photos are of kitchen.

Useful location, walking distance from town

Poorly maintained property - every room in the house in a state of disrepair Kitchen ceiling leaking water - informed hosts and not bothered Poorly cleaned property - poor attention to detail with rubbish left in the kitchen No bin in the whole property - had to ask for one and it was delivered after 2 days Poor security - house only locked by one code lock, no further means of securing valuables Basement rooms smell damp / musty Water pressure in showers very poor The main issue was the overall lack of care and attention to detail and the impression that the owners / hosts do not care in the slightest. When it rained, the kitchen ceiling was leaking water from next to the light. We immediately informed them and were told to just put a bucket underneath it. We weren’t sure about safety with it being next to the light fixture, and so we just kept the lights off. Following our stay, we were left feeling disappointed that we had paid what we had for such poor quality accommodation, so I tried to contact the hosts twice via the Booking.com messaging system, asking for a refund (or partial refund), but they have not responded at all. It’s not worth any further effort on my part, but if I ever go back to Aberdeen I won’t go anywhere near this property and I advise you also avoid it if you’re considering it.

very clean six bedroom townhouse

The property was very clean, with six bedrooms and communal spaces to eat and sit. Very nice view over Aberdeen from the garden.

We were standing at the door with our luggage at the confirmed time, but couldn't get in or leave our luggage anywhere, although we were told this would be possible. We lost a lot of time there, dragging around our luggage around town while trying to reach the host. There are only two bathrooms plus one toilet instead of the announced 3 bathrooms. The place is old and curtains fall down - but hey, we can live with that. There are no restaurants nearby, so you need to walk a bit. A tip to improve practicality: maybe some hangers can be foreseen to hang coats, towels... in the rooms and/or hallway.
