Lovely 3 bed , newly decorated and maintained. This apartment is in the city centre, 3 minutes walking distance to the Bus station, train station, Union square Mall, Bon Accord Mall, and 15 minutes walk to the Beach and Condonnas recreational centre.

We stayed here for most of 3 weeks and found the flat to be livable for our purposes. The bathroom definitely needs work and a good cleaning; the shower leaks and there is mold throughout. Nighttime noise was excessive, making sleep at night near impossible with the windows open. The flat became too warm and stuffy with the windows closed. Suggest supplying fans for all rooms; we found only one. The washing machine did not have a drying feature, so we needed racks to hang laundry to dry. The beds are creaky and uncomfortable, but adequate. WiFi was unreliable and the lift was out of service for several days.
