Very clean and comfortable but avoid the flats facing the generator if you’re a light sleeper.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with all the utilities you could wish for.

There was a very loud generator just outside our flat making it very difficult to fall asleep.

Convenient location, clean and good size accommodation

Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Good size living room and kitchen. Showers were golf too. Close to where we needed to be. Plenty of parking

Great stay for price

Excellent location for where we were going. Good value for money had everything we needed.

Heating did not come on till 5pm, middle of November in Aberdeen it was freezing. Heating never came on at all at 5pm in one apartment, phoned for assistance and got the matter sorted by a very friendly and helpful assistant. Once heating on apartment was lovely and hot.

There was no lift that’s something to look for. Don’t forget to ask for ground floor if you have luggage

Nice place, staff and area. Needs some upgrades in apparent but enjoyable.

Staff lovely and helpful when I arrived and when I had to call for support. Spacious rooms, nice and clean. Made use of washing machine. Set in a lovely neighbourhood about 10 min drive from centre

Bed mattress really uncomfortable. Could feel spings, so ended up sleeping on the couch. TV small and old. Couldn't cast from phone and would have expected to be able to do this

Checked out early Mattresses are sprung with no foam overlay- they seemed almost domed if you roll too far it sort of catapults you out of bed! - didn’t sleep the whole time- in addition we were given a ground floor apartment looking into the entrance to the next block (- high traffic)and they didn’t put Venetian blinds or other privacy screening on the main window so we ended up spending our time with curtains closed which felt dingy and unpleasant.

Great location, but average apartment.

Great location, bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Nice and warm.

The tv didn’t work which was annoying. The decor was dated and there was stains on the carpet. I didn’t realise we were on the top floor, lots of stairs, which was ok but annoying when we had to nip to shop or get things from the car.

INITIAL EXPERIENCE NOT GOOD ARRIVED AT ACCOMODATION AND APARTMENT WAS ON 4TH FLOOR WITH NO LIFT, IT HADNT BEEN CLEANED EITHER PHONE CALL MADE AND WITH HELP FROM STAFF THEY MOVED US TO A GROUND FLOOR FLAT WHICH WAS EXCEPTIONAL SO MANY THANKS FOR THAT VALUE FOR MONEY

IF WE HADNT BEEN MOVED BY VERY CO-OPERATIVE STAFF I MIGHT HAVE ANSWERED EVERYTHING HOWEVER WE LIKED EVERYTHING IN THE SECOND FLAT

Road noise. The apartment was on the main road and the road noise was bad all night. Windows seemed to be very poor at keeping noise out. Much quieter at back of building but bedrooms were at the front. Overall feels a bit dated

The apartment was perfect for what we required, the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well done to your cleaning team.

We were only given 2 small hand towels, so after showering we didnt have anything to dry ourselves with bar the hairdryer. Bath towels would of been better.

Another excellent stay, great location.

Self catering - no breakfast. Kitchen facilities were adequate Location was excellent. Buses into town right outside the main entrance. We've stayed before and will in the future.

Lack of adequate coat hangers. Requested ground or first floor but was allocated accommodation on the third which was quite a climb upstairs.

Functional, not fancy

Very easy checkin/checkout even when out of reception hours.

The apartment, though clean was a bit sad and dated. There were holes in the walls and the shower door was only tenuously attached. You pretty much had to lift it round! The doors in the property are the most tedious form of fire doors, that slam behind you regardless of how softly you try to close them. And you're unable to prop the one to the kitchen open as you block the fridge freezer. All that being said, it was clean and dry. Functional but not fancy.

Pleasant place for a short stay, wouldn't recommend bringing pets.

I liked the size of the apartment and the fully equipped kitchen. It was a fairly quiet apartment and there were a few cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking to Downtown was easy if that's your thing, but there was also a bus stop right next to the apartments for ease of travel.

I was really disappointed on the communication with the staff and the cleaning schedule. I booked a long stay of a month. Before booking it was confirmed I could bring my pets for an additional fee that I paid. After I arrived I spoke with the staff to coordinate the cleaning schedule since I have pets, and they confirmed the dates my apartment was to be cleaned. During my stay the cleaning staff never showed up on the days I was given. During the month the apartment was only cleaned once, and trash taken by employees twice. (I cleaned and took out trash as best I could weekly as I did not have cleaning supplies available to me.) When I tried to speak to the staff about the cleaning schedule after two weeks, they said there wasn't much they could do about it, then tried to have the cleaners come on days we were busy. ( We were expected to stay in the apartment the whole day waiting for the cleaners, and did and they still didn't show)

The flats was seriously warm & no fans or anything to try & cool them down. The windows all opened fully but we were 3rd floor & there was no safety catches on the windows & with 2 young children it wasn't the safest!

The property is clean, and the rooms are spacious; the beds are very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home. The Spire is a nice place, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in Aberdeen.

We didn't have breakfast. We are in our eighties and were visiting my 90 year old sister who lives near the Spires. The accommodation was perfect for us and we will certainly stay there again.

The location suited our needs. There are eating places and small supermarkets very close by. There is free parking. The apartment was pretty clean.

The property is dated and every where you step, the floor creaks. All doors are self closing fire doors and they squeak. So moving around the house disturbs other people. There is only the most basic provision of kitchen items - cups and saucers, mugs, small bowls and plates, dinner plates and glasses and pans. Nothing to hold or mix anything - no bowl or jug. The kitchen and fridge smelled bad but appeared to be clean. No privacy screening on bedroom windows so to have privacy you had to close curtains and darken the room. We found the bed really uncomfortable. A bath towel each but only one hand towel between four people. Apartment was located right next to a fish and chip shop whose bins were emptied before 7am on a Saturday morning.
