Pleasant stay but would not recommend with children.

House was clean, dining room was lovely and all set up when we arrived. Quiet despite being a central location.

Not a child friendly property as every bedroom and bathroom is locked and requires a key pad to enter the room so very restrictive. Also difficult for anyone who struggles to remember numbers. Ended up some of our group locked out of their rooms in the night as they couldn’t remember the codes to get back in/into the bathroom. Tried to phone the host on arrival as couldn’t find the cot but they didn’t answer although responded on email. Parking is very limited and restricted to 3 hours at a time.

Had a few issues with the plumbing in two of the bathrooms, but the staff response was timely. These kinds of things happen, so not a big deal at all.

Very spacious clean town house close to everything

Location is perfect, close to everything, rooms are all a nice size and plenty of bathrooms, really good value for money, everything you could need in the kitchen, butchers underneath the building and a Co op seconds away

One of the bed bases was broken and a bathroom was missing the door knob on the inside, we told the owner to make them aware and they said this would be fixed and also offered to have someone come take a look at the door, as we had plenty of bathrooms we managed, communication was really good and reply was fast, parking is a little tricky but we managed to find a street not to far away

Great stay

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The smart TV with access to apps and channels was a great touch, and the property had excellent water pressure — all showers worked perfectly even when used at the same time. Access was simple and smooth, and the hosts were very accommodating, even allowing a later check-out, which we really appreciated.

One minor downside was the mattress in bedroom 3, which was quite uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. Our only suggestion to enhance the welcome experience would be to include a few basics like bottled water, fresh milk, or even a few biscuits for guests on arrival — just to make it feel a bit more personal. Overall, a great stay and we would happily return!

Perfect location

Perfect city centre location. Good size rooms. We requested a travel cot which was not left. However, after messaging, it was delivered 15 minutes later. The host was very helpful in sharing local parks for our children.

Each room has a keypad to get into, which is a little annoying. All of the bedroom doors upstairs squeak massively at the slightest movement. The house is top clean, but wardrobes and drawers were dusty. The dining table had been set, but some of the plates were unclean.

It was big enough for our whole family to stay with big rooms and plenty space. Host was very quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating. Instructions were very clear.

Great spacious property but needs some TLC

The location was fantastic just a 10 minute walk into city centre with lots of nice little boutique shops around, and the size of the property was perfect for our get together of three couples and their kids. Also a great price.

The main upstairs bedroom, the bed was broken and it was clearly mentioned in previous reviews yet had not been fixed. The kitchen lacked cutlery, there were ten of us staying and only 5 forks. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough to hold devices for the kids to watch their tv in tablets. The tv in the living room was temperamental, we needed to switch it off at the wall and back on to force it to restart. Finally the heating was a bit strange, you can’t control it while in the property and it’s controlled remotely by the owner. So you need to contact them to turn it on, off and change the temperature. Oh one more thing, the en suite in the broken bed bedroom, need the silicone replaced in the shower desperately. Other than that… it would be great.

Great Location.

The House was lovely. Brilliant location. Host responded promptly.

The house was missing things like cutlery and glasses. One of the bed bases was broken which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The door of the diahwasher was peeling was rather unsightly. All the doors are keypad locked which was rather frustrating having to unlock the door each time when entering a room. The hotwater run out after 2 showers.

Spacious well located apartment

Very spacious clean and warm. It was very well located a short walk from the hospital and centre of town the shops and a nice local pub. Overall the bedrooms were good and beds comfortable. The showers were good with plenty of hot water . The butchers shop downstairs sold very good local sausages bacon and pies. The cop next door sold all the groceries you could need.

The bed in the room downstairs was very creaky every time one of us turned over which kept us both awake. The utensils in the kitchen need a proper upgrade. There were no small drinking glasses. Some of the frying pans didn't look usable and there were no saucepans at all or serving dishes. We only wanted to cook breakfast which we did but it wouldn't have been possible to do any other cooking because of lack of basic things. The kitchen itself is very well appointed.

Location was great. Accommodation was spacious and the number of bathroom/en-suites was excellent. Communication with host was easy. Access arrangements were straightforward and worked well. Great value for money. Thank you for the bottle of wine you left as a welcome.

Beds were comfortable, parking was a nightmare and for that reason I wouldn’t choose to stay again.

I was sent the wrong door code and was stuck outside for 20 mins before someone could help.

3 cleaners entered the property before 10am when 8 of us were trying to pack up and leave for check out time, which made it very stressful!

Exceptional, stress free Christmas with all the family

spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed to have a fabulous Christmas with all the family. Kayleigh the owner was brilliant and very welcoming with fab communication along the way and we appreciated the wine on arrival! will be back again for sure.

Alojamiento muy comodo y bien equipado

El alojamiento se encuentra en el primer piso, fue muy amplio y comodo para nosotros, una familia de 5 personas. Habitaciones amplias, 3 con baño en suite. Un living donde disfrutamos de Netflix en familia y un salon comedor que parecia preparado para una cena de gala. Parece ser orientado hacia estudiantes o al alquiler de habitaciones individuales y que en cierta epoca del año se ofrece completo. Por ello tiene mas de una heladera y cada habitacion tiene un tablero con un codigo para ingresar, algo que debe efectuarse cada vez que se traspasa la puerta. Tenia casi todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones.

1- Las escaleras tanto para llegar al piso como dentro del piso son bastante empinadas y subir valijas fue un desafio. 2- Se ingresa a la propiedad mediante una puerta que da acceso a dos viviendas: una en la planta baja y la que nosotros ocupamos en el primer piso. La puerta de la vivienda del primer piso no tiene ninguna cerradura, simplemente un picaporte comun que queda sin cerrojo, eso no nos pareció seguro.
