House was clean, dining room was lovely and all set up when we arrived. Quiet despite being a central location.
Not a child friendly property as every bedroom and bathroom is locked and requires a key pad to enter the room so very restrictive. Also difficult for anyone who struggles to remember numbers. Ended up some of our group locked out of their rooms in the night as they couldn’t remember the codes to get back in/into the bathroom. Tried to phone the host on arrival as couldn’t find the cot but they didn’t answer although responded on email. Parking is very limited and restricted to 3 hours at a time.

Great spot for a larger group, everyone had their own washroom and large common areas. Our stay was very brief, but comfortable.
Had a few issues with the plumbing in two of the bathrooms, but the staff response was timely. These kinds of things happen, so not a big deal at all.

Location is perfect, close to everything, rooms are all a nice size and plenty of bathrooms, really good value for money, everything you could need in the kitchen, butchers underneath the building and a Co op seconds away
One of the bed bases was broken and a bathroom was missing the door knob on the inside, we told the owner to make them aware and they said this would be fixed and also offered to have someone come take a look at the door, as we had plenty of bathrooms we managed, communication was really good and reply was fast, parking is a little tricky but we managed to find a street not to far away

The location was fantastic just a 10 minute walk into city centre with lots of nice little boutique shops around, and the size of the property was perfect for our get together of three couples and their kids. Also a great price.
The main upstairs bedroom, the bed was broken and it was clearly mentioned in previous reviews yet had not been fixed. The kitchen lacked cutlery, there were ten of us staying and only 5 forks. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough to hold devices for the kids to watch their tv in tablets. The tv in the living room was temperamental, we needed to switch it off at the wall and back on to force it to restart. Finally the heating was a bit strange, you can’t control it while in the property and it’s controlled remotely by the owner. So you need to contact them to turn it on, off and change the temperature. Oh one more thing, the en suite in the broken bed bedroom, need the silicone replaced in the shower desperately.
Other than that… it would be great.
