Wallfield Retreat - SJA Stays - 1 Bed Apartment

The Bed was small. The arrangement of the bed was such that the bedroom door couldn't be closed. The Chimney extractor was epileptic. It came on and off.

It was a comfortable experience, the apartment was very comfortable, clean, worthy of a home with everything I needed, I highly recommend it.

I just found the room a little small.

When we arrived at the property there was an issue which meant we couldn’t stay there (brief look round and flat looked fab). It was 8pm so not hopeful that I’d get hold of the company. They responded immediately and tried their hardest to rectify the situation. Within 1hr they had found us an alternative property to stay at. When we got there it was beautiful with everything we needed. Their prompt and good customer service turned what started out as a bad experience into a really good one. I would definitely stay with them again as service was exceptional and flat we stayed in way ideal. I know that they will have already fixed the problem in the flat we were supposed to stay in.

There was an issue with our original flat but the one they moved us to was fantastic.

Good instructions to get keys. Glad we had torch on phone to do the keybox code. Ground floor apartment with good size lounge, bathroom, and nifty small galley kitchen. Good location for nearby Rosemount area and not too far to walk into the city (or nearby buses).

Found the bedroom less than the quality expected. The bed itself was lovely and comfortable BUT very much a squeeze to get from one side to the door (or vaulting over your partner). Not much more than 6 inches between foot of bed and radiator. Plenty of space to one side of the bed with a large wardrobe hiding the combi-boiler but easier to use the lounge for our cases and clothes. PLUS door to bedroom didn't close as it came up against the side of the bed so there was light spill from the communal hallway.
