Spacious, quiet, warm and well equipped - felt like a home from home in easy walking distance of the city centre.
Information about extra charges and deposits could have been clearer on ad before booking however this was all handled smoothly by staff.

20 min walk to centre, good hot water, big space and smart box for rainy days, utensils etc
The towel rail in the bath room stuck out and we kept catching it with arms

Great hot shower.
The fact we’d only received one hand towel and one bath towel for 2 people for a 5 day stay! After driving 5 hours to reach Aberdeen, the keys weren’t ready for us , although we’d been told we could check in early , so we had to wait a further 40 minutes, and then they wouldn’t drop at the property we had to make it back to their offices! Poor customer service, when they should have checked the correct keys had been returned.
