Great location for bus train stations and retail Park. Short distance to Union St. Flat, great shower, comfortable settees.
Flat needs a refresh. Windows very dirty and some blinds broken. Carpets need cleaning and rug deep vacuum. Ther was no oven gloves kitchen scissors or oven tray.

Squeaky floor in bedroom and hallway (worse when you’re trying not to wake up your partner 😂)

Location however very noisy at night with drunk people walking passed.
Not that clean and the bed was very uncomfortable
