Great Value Accomodation

Really friendly and helpful staff, over and above. Roomy accomodation, great beds and bedding.

Couldn't easily work out heating controls (we arrived on such a cold day) but luckily staff were super helpful. Kitchen utensils etc a little sparse.

Good large clean apartment with washing machine ONLY. No Dryer

Centrally located. Washing machine. Large living.

How difficult it was to find. We were there in a snow storm and maps sent us on a wild goose chase that led us down a back alley. Not the residences problem. However they may need to update their location to make it easier to navigate to. I ended up having to walk the street front to work out where the entrance was. Better communication also would help. There was a washing machine but no dryer. As we were there for only one night it made it difficult to do laundry, had to travel with damp clothing.

Comfy but noisey

Great appartment. Well laid out and well equipped.

The clock on the opposite side of the road. Forget it if you want an early night or a late lie in bed. The clock chimes every 15 minutes between 7am and 11pm.

Big, comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Huge multi bedroom apartment with kitchenette and two bathrooms. Pet friendly. Staff were really helpful with my elderly relatives needing more than average help.

Front entrance is not easy, it’s not obvious and has narrow opening with decent step up. Its location is not as good as it once was as Aberdeen centre is suffering badly from closures.

Location

The apartment was rundown stains on carpet in bedroom bed was creaky and uncomfortable the furniture in living room very poor and in need of replacing the cooker light did not work kitchen doors the wrapping materials were coming off the windows were absolutely filthy could not see out hardly. We left at 7.30 am on departure couldn't wait to leave should have stayed 2 nights instead of 3.

Great stay.

Everything was amazing and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, they were always helpful and happy to help when needed. I would stay there again for sure. The location was perfect close from everything.

There is nothing that I didn’t like , but just one point of improvement would be if the cleaning was a bit more thorough to avoid accumulation of dust anywhere. But overall the facility was perfect I would always come back again.

Could do with a little TLC. Wooden floors coming apart in places. Maybe use wooden beading yo keep flooring in space? Fridge and microwave not secured at all. Moved when opening and closing doors.

Lovely rooms but ill equipped kitchen

Lovely room, very clean and comfortable

Very noisy as it was a weekend and everyone was on nights out so bear that in mind as it is on the main high street. Probably expected to eat out but I have coeliac disease so kitchen could have been better equipped as there wasn't proper equipment to cook properly. No tongs so had to plate my food with a spatula, no pot lids or sieves so had to drain water as much as possible and then deal with a wet plate, no paper towel so had to use tissues to clean up mess I made, no grater so had to cut cheese, the knives were awful and I could barely cut through cheese or onion. The oven manual didn't give clear instructions so first night I had to cook my steak in the oven which stops after it gets to 10 minutes on the timer. The stove needs to be heated to a high heat or else it just starts and stops. Salt but no pepper

Lovely stay in a lovely place Inacenteal part of town

Very central and well located

No real service and was hard to find with no reception desk. Fortunately when I arrived with luggage etc it wasn't too long before a guest was leaving the hotel and opened up the front door which was locked

It was well situated for many amenities, bars and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and very clean

The external door was closed and we were unsure how to enter. There was no visible signage except a note on the window with a phone number. Not welcoming at all. It was disappointing to arrive after a long journey to find no welcoming tray. We had to go out to find a shop before we could have a cup of tea. For the price per night a couple of teabags, coffee, sugar sachets and little milk pots would not break the bank. Lastly I have never spent a night in the noisiest bed I have ever tried to sleep in! Luckily it was comfortable when we finally managed to get to sleep. My advice would very for staff to occasionally lie on the bed during changeover. The noise could not have been ignored

There is no dislikes. Only to mention you have to keep all curtains closed because you are literally staying on the main street and the apartment has huge windows on the street side.

We booked a suite for our family and absolutely loved our stay. The space was clean & good, with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended, especially for families!

Overall happy but could do with some tweaks

I liked the layout of the apartment with the two levels and the bathroom was very nice

We stayed in room 610. Some of the decor and furnishings are a bit outdated and could do with a touch up and repair. Specifically there is a kitchen cabinet door hanging loose, the dining chairs are quite worn out and are quite a few marks on most of the walls. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable too but that could just be because it was super soft and I prefer a more firm mattress.
