Instructions to the lock box were not as clear as could be, needed to note,” to the left of the building on the ground floor”. There was an instruction folder in flat without instructions! I was left in limbo re address of place and had to ask. Booked for two children and one adult, was left with one person having to sleep on a sofa that was not really suitable to sleep on. No bedding left for the sofa so had to sleep with two rugs and pillows from the other room. I think this is a new place on Booking.com, as things are kind of odd. Also, really dislike “no smoking” signs! If you let your place out, you need to be able to trust those who rent it - if absolutely necessary, maybe an unobstrusive sign would suffice!
Lack of bedding, table set with plates, cutlery etc, door squeeking in night, waking guests up.
