We liked its location and the fact it had parking.
It was very hot and really difficult to get enough air in to cool it down as we only had one opening window.

Location was perfect as it looked central. The layout of the rooms and the presence of 2 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. The third room would have been better if a window was included for a better air circulation.
A window in the 3rd room and a better Internet in the apartment

Couldn't get TV in lounge area to work, couldn't find a way to drop temperature so room was very hot

Location and easy to self-check in.
Temperature inside the apartment - not able to control/adjust despite having a “thermostat”.
Even with the window to the street opened up, it is always higher than 24.5degC - too hot.
Noise from the street (Baker street) because have to open window to try to reduce the temperature of the flat.
Property contact said will send someone in to check the thermostat but did not appear to happen at all.
