Zinn Apartments - City Centre

Nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Nothing.

It was very clean and the location was perfect for our needs.

The one small window in the flat did not allow much air flow. It was extremely hot. There was no extra fan to help cool the space. It was hard to sleep and so warm it was uncomfortable to be in the room. Also would have appreciated a hair dryer.

It was very easy to find and centrally located with secure onsite parking. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. We arrived in Aberdeen early and requested an early check in and received a really quick response from Calum who confirmed that was possible, which was very much appreciated and excellent service.

The heat! There was very little ventilation in the apartment and heating control did not seem to make any difference. It was very warm when we were in Aberdeen but the flat was unbearable at times plus the one small fan that was in the flat decided to stop working! The glass sliding door on the bathroom was not great plus the lock was a bit broken. The TV seemed a bit dated and could do with either a repair, as we needed to turn it off at the wall socket, or an upgrade.

Location and easy to self-check in.

Temperature inside the apartment - not able to control/adjust despite having a “thermostat”. Even with the window to the street opened up, it is always higher than 24.5degC - too hot. Noise from the street (Baker street) because have to open window to try to reduce the temperature of the flat. Property contact said will send someone in to check the thermostat but did not appear to happen at all.
