owner responded and was very apologetic with my complains and offered a compensation.

Smelt stale, wasn’t clean, old facilities, apartment needs a renovation. stairs were dirty as well. The heater in the rooms didn’t work and was extremely cold. had to checkout early.

Did the job for a visit to theatre.

Comfortable , and situated perfectly for HM Theatre

Dining chairs were peeling so clothes got covered. Could not find any tea spoons. Miss matched cutlery. Also considering flat caters for 4 people. Only two chairs at dining table .

3 raditors not working, shower tray was blocked, cooker hood not working, 2 broken windows different rooms, no cleaning or disinfectant materials, bed base in second bedroon broken, hoover not working properly, fan in oven broken, damp smell in wardrobe second bedroom, only the one rubbish bag provided, the main entrance door has no damping mechanism so loud door bang when residents enter and exit, can be alot of street noise at night not a quiet location but convenient location for city centre. Tired flat in need of refrubishment and to say Modern is stretching the description a bit

I like the size and that the TV had Netflix. !

Everything was very old and used up. It was as if it was about to break. I left 4 days early, I do not recommend.

It’s a very comfortable flat in a good location.

The location was good, the flat was clean, apart from the outside of the windows. The bed was comfy.

The windows desperately need a clean, the lid of the kettle was broken, the washing machine makes an extremely loud noise when it spins. It would make a huge difference to have a parking permit as the cost of parking adds up and you have to pay from 8am-8pm except on a Sunday.

Modern flat in Aberdeen

Location was perfect, so central. Fantastic large telly on the wall.

I was expecting toiletries to be provided, by that I expected shower gel, body lotion and shampoo, small bottles, nothing fancy. What was there was a normal shower gel that was basically finished, I have thrown out more, shampoo and conditioner, again used and not the same. Not what I was expecting, no great shakes just went out and bought my own , just not what I expected. I know these are extras but I have been elsewhere and it’s a nice touch.
