City Point Apartment by Guestz

The location is splendid with good parking space.

The refuse disposal of bins outside the building was overflowing.

New apartment, modern, fresh, bright and clean. Everything you need for a stay away from home, kitchen is fitted out well with a washing/drier machine, fridge,freezer, microwave, cooker/hob and all the pans, crockery & cutlery etc, you need for basic cooking. Bed was large & comfortable, plenty wardrobe & drawer space in a decent size room. Large bathroom with great shower, good pressure & heat. Just a minutes walk from Union Street, numerous take aways, restaurants & bars on the doorstep, but still pretty quiet area, though my apartment was at back of building. 10 minutes walk to main shopping malls and train & bus station & a taxi rank round the corner. Good communication with the Guestz team when Id queries & when I neede to extend my stay, which was done in 5 minutes with a very good rate. When I queried why there was a washing machine but no where to hang washed clothes, they delivered a new clothes horse very quickly. Photos on website are good representation of the actual apartment, & not doctored or years old (June 26)

Nothing to dislike. A suggestion though - Aberdeen doesn't really get dark during the summer months, so blackout blinds or a thick curtain would be great in the bedroom as it pretty much stays light all night and not great for sleep. :)

I liked the place — it looked fresh and modern and was located in the centre of Aberdeen, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and buses. I also liked that they provided a washing machine and kitchen equipment. I stayed there for 8 weeks during my placement, and it felt as comfortable as home.

I didn’t dislike anything about the place.

It would have been nice to have a long mirror in the apartment
