Great place to stay - I will definitely be back!

The attention to detail on this property is amazing! Also very well equipped overall. Kitchen has a dishwasher which is very useful. Also very well stocked - coffee tea sugar etc as standard, but also with cooking sprays rather than just the standard oil, some sauces and seasonings. Plenty of cleaning stuff under the sink too etc Hairdryer is a good one - powerful, not like a fan that blows hot air which I do unfortunately see a lot in other Airbnbs. Bed is very comfortable. Albeit smaller than what we'd prefer as my husband is 6 ft 6, we slept very comfortably. Really good quality mattress, pillows and duvet covers. Only thing I would say is if you want to sleep in, light does get in through the blinds so wear an eye mask. We use one anyway so wasn't a problem for us, but just in case someone else arrives without one and is sensitive to light during sleep, it does get light in there once daylight comes. Very quiet at night to sleep too. Felt very safe. And loved how easy it was to park right outside (on street parking). There was always spaces available. Towels also great quality, plenty of them too at the time ir our stay, love how absorbent and fluffy they were. Also love the attention to detail on the toilet seat that doesn't slam shut and how powerful the shower is, that makes such a difference! Such easy to access the property, something I look for when I stay somewhere as many places feels like you've got to solve a murder mystery to find it or just get in 😂.

Honestly nothing, if I was to be picky I would say if you're someone who needs a lot of space then this place isn't for you, it is small but the way everything is set up maximises the space very well! No complaints from me

South African Couple’s Amazing Stay

Incredibly clean, detailed instructions for easy check in and check out, fully equipped kitchen, netflix, temperature controlled, dishwasher, washing machine….pretty much everything you could want or need. The owner was also incredibly accommodating, I popped her a message asking if she knew if there were plasters in the apartment and she ordered a whole first aid kit from amazon to be delivered.

The smoke alarm is very sensitive so be careful of that when you cook. Easily avoidable! Just open the kitchen window.

The bed was comfy and free parking was good

No space for provisions or luggage. Settee uncomfortable and can't see telly from it. Oven filthy, no wine glasses and gas meter exposed.

Nice place, a good walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet at night and a dark bedroom, bed was comfortable and cosy. Rest of flat lovely, bright and inviting. Great to have free parking outside too.

Wouldn’t go out alone at night, but was ok with my husband. A few undesirables around late at night.

I liked it on booking.com looked very nice in photos,also free parking also short distance from hospital

I didn't like the street whenever i was driving towards appartment,looked quite run down,opened front door and was shocked the lobby rough and unkept looking,when i entered flat it was quite modern, towels were stained,matress on bed stained no protectors,bed linen in cupboard not ironed.I did not feel i could stay here.No parking permit left in envelope.

Once you get into the flat you will want to come back again and again

1) From the moment we stepped into the flat, we were extremely impressed. It is even better than it looks in the photos (10/10) 2) For a relatively small space, it is very cosy (for two adults) and we were able to move around comfortably. It is also very well decorated (especially the kitchen/living room) and maintained. 3) The entire flat is immaculate and also has everything you need for a long or short stay (seriously everything you can think of needing away from home). 4) We did not have issues with heating or noise, except for the one night where the flat above seemed to be having some gathering. 5) Last but not the least, the host is fantastic! super happy with our interactions with her. She was super helpful, nice, attentive and acted highly professionally with us every step of the way.

The exterior (between the front entrance of the building to the flat) was a bit of a let down. But, I suppose it cannot be helped as it is a communal area and an old building. I thought I should mention this anyway - since it took us by surprise and where a bit put off by it (at first). However, once you get into the actual flat (which is on the ground floor) all is better ( promise).

The flat is lovely, very clean, cosy and warm. We'll equipped : TV with streaming services like Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, little mixer and even a juicer. Good Internet connection. Excellent location, close to Union Street and train station. Sainsbury's local shop just around the corner. And extra bonus : home gym made my day (stationary bicycle and rowing machine) DEFINITELY WORTH STAYING
