Great host with great communication, good location but cleanliness could be improved

Great communication from host Very easy check in after very clear instructions from host Good city centre location Nice to be left breakfast pack/fruit bowl Bathroom - good shower pressure Always able to find parking space

Cleaning needs to be more thorough - someone’s old sock under rug, bedroom lamps dusty, worst thing was the whole place smelt of smoke (if we’d known smoking was allowed in the property, we wouldn’t have booked) Equipment - kitchen needs jug, scissors and more storage space Bed in smaller/front bedroom not comfy

Very clean, great breakfast pack, very helpful staff, good location. Easy to control heating.

The property was very nice, large spaces, had everything you needed for a few nights away and a raw extra touches really added to our comfort of staying here.

Nothing really, it was a lovely place to stay. There was a bit of noise from upstairs (we think when people were showering) but it was only twice during our stay and only briefly

Great stay!

The location was perfect, close to the main places in the city centre, with parking facilities on the premises. The flats were comfortable and perfectly equipped. The host was very easy to reach and answered immediately to all our needs. The breakfast package was rich and the fresh fruit a nice and appreciated touch.

Minor things - the code for one of the flats was wrong, but the issue was solved immediately when we arrived - although rich in quantity, the breakfast package did not take into account dietary requirements - a teapot would have been the perfect finishing touch!

Relaxing Place to Stay

We were on the third floor which provided views of the attractive stone buildings around the courtyard. Lovely big windows in each room brought in lots of natural light. Spacious two bedroom apartment with all of the amenities. Lots of breakfast choices, including fresh fruit and milk. Plenty of storage. Appreciated drawers in bathroom for essentials. Very quiet, but an easy five min. walk to various shops. Fifteen minute walk to train station and many other locations. Television with local stations. Building superintendent lives in or nearby and helped us immediately with outlet converters. We enthusiastically recommend this accommodation.

With the exception of the two issues mentioned we were happy with our stay in the apartment

The food provided was quite adequate for the duration of our stay.

Unfortunately the shower head on / off control failed to function and we were not able to turn off the shower. The problem was resolved by calling the service manager - the number was located on a card in the flat. I thought that the kitchen floor could have been cleaner.

The location is great for walking around. The parking bay provided at the back was very convenient.

The bathrooms doesn't have a shelf or anywhere to put your toilet bag etc. You have to dry your hair in the sitting room as there is no mirror in the bedroom. Our fruit supplied for breakfast wasn't fresh. In fact, had gone bad.

An apartment with all mod cons in a quiet residential street with secure parking behind. Warm and comfortable, fast wifi, washer drier, clean, and with breakfast food included in the fridge.

A good apartment that worked well

Good breakfast, fresh fruit supplied which was lovely. Airy apartment with good spaces available.

Immediate access to the car park once the key box for the front door was opened would have been useful rather than going upstairs for car park remote and room key. Suitcase rack/s would have been useful. As is typical with most apartments we used there could be more shelving/storage for toilet bags!

The curtains were full of what I think were moth holes, which made me fear for my clothes. However there didn't appear to be any in the flat. I would change these as they let down the otherwise very smart appearance of the flat.

Enjoyable week in Aberdeen, would definitely stay there again.

Close to the town centre & Rosemount Shopping strip. Very roomy. Breakfast supplies were excellent including a large fruit hamper.

The sofas were not comfortable, & the kitchen sink didn’t have a plug. Makes it hard to wash dishes. The apartment above us must have had elephants staying there as the noise from the continuous thumping was horrendous.

Best apartment we’ve ever stayed in! 😍

Fantastic location, REALLY well equipped, spacious, spotlessly clean, everything you need for a stay. It was honestly the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and we use holiday apartments all round the U.K. once a month. The fresh breakfasts both mornings were really nice too and a great touch. A massive thing for me too was the private secure parking with an electronic barrier!

Lovely flat, great value for money

Really lovely flat. Had a great sleep both nights. The fruit, yoghurts, milk and cereal were a wonderful touch. The fact that parking was included made it perfect. I did have a problem with an electronic key for the car park but it was fixed in minutes. No complaints, would recommend and would come back

Fabulous

Loved the convenient parking and the remote entry. Unloading our luggage was a breeze with a back door entry. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The snacks upon arrival really hit the spot! The location is wiring walking distance to the city. Yes, the seagulls are loud everywhere in the city. If Aberdeen had a background track it would be seagulls singing. A white noise machine in our room did the trick.

The washing machine cycles took longer than anticipated. But we were thankful to have one.
