Aberdeen Serviced Apartments: Charlotte street

Great value apartment..same price at a large chain hotel for much smaller space. Well sited near city centre but on a quiet street. Fridge well stocked for breakfast. Communication excellent.

Really spacious accomadation, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with most appliances/utensils that you would need. Also provided with fruits and snacks as well as cereal which was very kind! Free parking at the back and easy to access from the building.

The Wifi was quite spotty and kept cutting out whilst using the TV.

Very clean, well located and very good facilities.

Everything was very good.

Good central location. Generally clean with the exception of the living room sofas. They could use a good deep clean, at the least remove the cushions and hoover the bases.

General customer service. We had no hot water for 3 days whilst staying at the property. This was reported on day one and whilst they said they would resolve the issue there was no follow up communication to advise what the problem was or if it had been resolved. Reported again the following day and again we were advised it would be investigated. We were told an engineer had looked at the boiler and identified no issues. We should simply reset the boiler should the same thing happen again. Vague instructions were provided on how to do this. Third day of no hot water and we had to rely on ChatGPT for instructions on how to reset the boiler. I asked for some form of refund given the inability to shower (I was fortunate to have close family in the city so could use their facilities!). This repeated request was ignored until the third day where I was told they would provide a £100 refund. I have not received this and it has been radio silence from the owner when I have tried to chase this. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend this property as a result.
