Location and size of place
Opened the wardrobe to find a pile of dirty used towels when we arrived, which I found very weird. Bed was very hard but some people like that, shower was weak was the only thing I was less impressed about. Late check out is very expensive for an extra 2 hours it's £40. Seemed really steep especially for a Sunday.
