Visiting family at Christmas so we had a convenient base with plenty of space in the property.

Location was ideal for us. We were travelling towards deeside so great. Also it's easily accessible for town.

Good sized property in a nice location. Amenities within the property are limited or broken.

Good sized property and nice quiet area.

Lots of the houses items were broken or missing. Broken cutlery, and only a couple items of each so we had to eat in two different sittings. Considering it’s a 4-bed house, you’d expect more sets. No dustpan and brush, no vacuum or mop. Etc. Basically needs more / new kitchenware and cleaning supplies.

There was a peculiar smell in the box room which was reported & immediately sorted out.

The townhouse was huge. Plenty of space for big family.

It was very sparsely furnished and very cheaply furnished. No vaccum cleaner. Some of the Lamps didn't work. Lighting was poor. Beds were small. Shower pressure wasn't great and toilets didnt flush well. Had some problems with power tripping and sockets not working.

the door lock was something which could be improved, needed key to close the door, also when door locked needed a key to leave so if there was a fire in the night would need the key to exit! no door bell either

the layout , 1 shower 1 bath in the for 3 bedrooms and neither of the showers worked properly smallest bath I have ever tried lack of towels and the bed pillows were terrible

The location and size of house was good for our needs.

The house is a little tired and in need of a freshen up with paint and silicone in showers etc. A lot of bulbs were either not working or missing. Both bins outside were full and others have them just left bags of rubbish in the bin cupboard. This needs to be looked at as we had to remove our rubbish before we left as nowhere to put it. A

Spacious and lots of toilets, very clean and finished to a very high standard. Requests required before arrival were met fully ensuring the place was suitable for my little boy with additional needs. Extremely quiet area and fab park just down the hill 😊

The size of the property was great, it felt clean and it was a really handy location.

There were a lot of things not working - TV, carbon monoxide alarm, tears in bed sheets and a few utensils that would have been useful in the kitchen such as a colander.
