Good accommodation at a reasonable cost

Excellent location and comfortable beds. Plenty space!

Mainly minor niggles - mismatched cutlery and crockery and inability to adjust some radiators. We did have an issue with lack of hot water but management resolved this quickly

Best digs in Aberdeen

Quiet area with ,ur own designated parking space. Full kitchen with washer/drier and oven with fridge freezer. Big bathroom with shower as well. Bed is comfy. Remote check in as well. I will stay here everything I am in Aberdeen.

The appointment was very clean, we had pretty much everything we needed and were not bothered by anyone.

Had to leave the night before checkout as we ran out of hot water on our second night and after 1.5hr it was still freezing water. We bothe needed a shower so had to pack up. Also someone had taken a bite out one of the pancakes, seemed like kids teeth prints lol, so binned it, didnt eat it. Besides that, place was fantastic, will stay again. But please get bigger cups lol.

Well appointment apartment 20 minutes from town.

The apartment was spacious and generally comfortable. It had almost everything you need in a self contained apartment. It was well heated. Requests were promptly attended to. The apartment was approximately a 20 minute walk into the center of town.

The beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab. There was no broom or dust pan and brush for scooping up kitchen crumbs. The location was in the “dodgy” end of town.

The apartment was very clean and well presented. A continental breakfast was a great addition and saved looking for milk on arrival. Very tidy place to stay

As it's a flat, you are always going to get some noise from the other flats. Parking space 8 was not very clear but these are such minor things

Pretty much everything. Lovely and warm, well kept, everything in working order. Good supply of towels.

Two small points: plenty of knives & spoons, but only 2 forks! The pillows were too hard. This causes spinal problems, so we did not use them.

We have stayed in this property 3 times now. We really like the location and the apartment is comfortable and well equipped for a short self catering break. Will definitely be back.

Excellent central location in Aberdeen in a quiet road

Very good location with car park. The beds were comfortable and the living room specious. It was handy to have the possibility of including breakfast. We had a very nice selection of fruit.

Although we had a very good selection and amount of fruit for breakfast I’m not sure how other things were calculated. We booked for 4 people 2 nights but we only got 4 fruit juices and 4 pancakes (we left the pancakes anyway). I would have preferred to get bread instead of pancakes. It would be good to get a better description of what the breakfast includes.

Fab stay - comfy and clean. Would come back!!

We had private parking and a continental breakfast on arrival in the fridge. Delighted with the fruit bowl - devoured the pineapple lol...The flat was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again and have already recommended to friends!! Great quiet yet central location also.

The bed had been poorly made with the bottom sheet not covering the mattress and we needed to remake. A lolly wrapper was behind the bed - found because we had to remake the bed. While we didn’t need to use it, there appeared to be no spare toilet paper.

These are minor irritations, but overall very good.

The whole flat is well laid out, the living room and bedroom were excellent, the breakfast was very good and generous and it was very quiet in a good location.

The kitchen was the only thing that let it down with very minor things which could be easily remedied. There was very little cutlery, utensils or glasses and there was no salt or pepper, a basic and very cheap to provide. The shower hose was leaking so most of the water ran down the wall, again easily remedied.

Central yet quiet, great parking, easy self check in, clean and new spacious apartment, at a great price!

Beautifully spacious and spotless, with seamless parking instructions and access, it was a budget price but with perks of being more than that, like exotic fruit and above average continental brekky provided! Quiet area but central enough for our needs.

Don’t like to include any improvement comments, as it was such a great stay, but Could have included some mugs (just 3 small coffee cups) and cutlery (only 2 knives). Also a mattress protector would have been really good, as thin sheet on bed was quite basic, although mattress was nice and new.

Apartment had everything we needed for short stay. Breakfast items were a bonus-cereal, juice, yoghurt, pancakes/jam

Central, clean, allocated parking

No dishwasher. Blinds in bedroom didn’t shut properly. Blackout blinds would be better in bedrooms due to light nights in summer. On arrival the allocated apartment already had guests in it. Turns out we were sent the wrong apartment number. Was a bit embarrassing walking into apartment with quests already staying there. Phoned the number given and they apologised and issued us with correct apartment details.

First class apartments

Apartment was immaculate and had everything you needed. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. Bed very comfortable and so was the living room furniture. It's well situated with a pub a 2 min walk away. Had your own parking space which was ideal. Will defo be booking again.

The only issue was no curtains in the bedroom. The blind is not a black out and it is slatted so let's in lot of light! It was very sunny when we were up ( which is a rarity) so got woken up very early by the sun..
