The property was perfect and the host was great, but Vrbo are a nightmare to deal with. They charged our card twice and have refused to help with a refund. Their customer help is dire, and they eventually told me to get the credit card provider to raise a dispute! I really hate Vrbo, but SJA Stays are not at fault, and Gillian was very helpful.
