Good area, good size of accommodation. Good parking spaces.

Lovely & spacious, especially with children. Good location, very close to Duthie park.

The bath really needs unblocked. The heating isn’t fantastic. The “hot” water in the showers doesn’t seem to work, which isn’t ideal when you’ve got young children. The light in the double bedroom doesn’t work. The cleaning needs to be reviewed as there were certain areas I’m sure were missed before our arrival. Bathrooms could do with a good scrub, including shower heads/sinks & taps. A couple of lights in the kitchen need the wee clips put back in so they aren’t hanging out. Sofas are needing replace, which I accept isn’t an easy fix with costings, but they are extremely uncomfortable, very low & one side is burst so you’re basically on the floor. The material isn’t the best especially if you are dog friendly. Doors are very noisy, but I assume that’s throughout the whole block as you could hear others banging at all hours. Hallway was very smelly.

Love the lay out of the flat and the quantity of towels and things to use in the kitchen was amazing.

Could be softer mattress in master bedroom and a few more door stops. And the tv worried me as was heating up really quickly.

We really appreciate the washing machine and the two bathrooms. Plenty of room in the bedrooms for our suitcases and parking was nice. It is beautifully decorated.

We hit our head multiple times on the glass above the stove. The couches were so low some of us had a hard time getting up from them. The elevator and outside of it was stinky.

Stunning apartment with plenty space and views of the Duthie Park and close to town. Amazing place!

Proximity to Duthie Park and Town. So close to walk to Union Square and the rest of the city centre. It was extremely easy to drive to other more scenic and tourist locations too. Spacious rooms and apartment. Very warm and inviting and always had hot water and heating.

Sofa's were a little uncomfortable and small for the quality of the apartment as a whole. That would be a really easy fix.

I love using Orange apartments. The properties are safe, private, clean and close to city amenities.

Location was excellent. Very close to Duthie park and the city. Bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable Have used orange apartments before and standard is good

3 lamps needed bulbs replaced but this was rectified and attended to plus new batteries in the RC were replaced. Blind in living room cord was broken Fridge shelf was unusable as only one pin to hold shelf

The property was lovely and spacious, the beds were comfortable and it was great that it had a lift as one of my friends has bad legs so was much easier for her.

The windows were in need of a good clean, a couple of lights didn’t work and there was a broken tile on floor outside bathroom.

We felt embarrased to say anything, but felt we paid far too much for so many issues..

The apartment was close to the city and easy to get the keys etc. It was nice having the dishwasher, washing machine and on site cleaning products. The recycling points were great!

1. On the first day we arrived a glass slid off a glass shelf in the kitchen (As the shelf was not installed correctly) and smashed a plate as it landed on the kitchen work surface, this cut my daughter leg very badly and put a damper on our first night. 2. The beds were awful!!! It would have been better sleeping on cobble stones. 3. The TV remote did not work correctly and every time we turned the TV off at night, we had to spend 20 mins the next day reprogramming it! 4.Some of the handles were missing off the cupboards in the bedrooms. 5. Half the light bulbs in the kitchen area did not work, which made cooking a little difficult. 6. The grout in the shower and bath was awful, very dirty and mouldy......not nice!! 7. Chunk of wood missing from the floor as you walk into the bathroom, so we kept catching our bare feet on it. 8. Light bulbs in on suite shower, missing and broken. The photos of the apartment looked amazing! On walking in, it looked amazing!, until you find the total lack of maintenance and faulty/ missing items, all in all a very disappointing stay, and my daughter has an unfortunate scar on her leg to prove it.

Barely any sleep due to hearing everything in the building constantly. Maybe needs a freshen up like walls painted and carpets. Few things dirty to be honest.
