4 Bedroom Apartment By Sensational Stay Short Lets & Serviced Accommodation, Aberdeen , Roslin Street With Free Wi-fi & Netflix

Bedrooms were all lovely. 15 mins brisk walk from each of beach, amusements and city centre.

Cold tap in bathroom doesn't work. Hot tap spins round. Shower is a bit weak. No bin bags were provided. Host wanted a separate non-booking.com contract signed, ID and extra deposit via credit card (although only £1 charged at the time).

The flat was near the football stadium, the beach, and the city centre. There was free street parking, 5he beds were comfy, the shower worked, the kitchen was well enough equipped for our catering. One very big pot for bolognase! Heating worked, and could seat everyone on settees and dining table.

A lot of identification required, ie photo driving licence which we had not brought. Cold tap not working in bathroom sink. Although convenient location, surrounding area a bit run down.

Great location, not to far from town center. Beautifully decorated. Great communication with the property owner for questions. Quick responses. Comfortable beds. Each bedroom had his own TV

I loved how big the property is being a family of 7 we struggle to find 4 bedroom places for an affordable amount of money! Beds were super comfy tvs in every room with Netflix etc

I didn’t like going up to a third floor property as I have knee problems.I can manage a set of stairs which is what I thought I was going to be getting but unfortunately not but I should have asked how many flights I would have to climb. Wasn’t ideal with a toddler and an autistic non verbal child who is super clumsy on his feet but we did manage. We ate out and went out every day and on a couple days we went out a few times meaning climbing the stairs more so I did end up in a lot of pain but it’s made me more aware to ask about how many flights in future bookings. I didn’t like not having no cold water in the bathroom sink the tap does not work and scalding hot water coming out of hot taps we were all caught by it atleast once and none of the two bathroom locks work, also a smart door handle to the front door which locks automatically on the outside but does not stop a 2 year old being able to open from the inside so a working Yale lock or snib lock would help. We had to block it with our suit cases and unblock it every time we needed to leave! We also were very nervous of the windows opening wide with no obvious catch although we did check considering we were on the third floor so toddler couldn’t be put down to nap alone etc incase he got up and opened them and fell out. I did contact the company but they said they don’t open all the way but they 100% do open wide enough for a child to fall out. We always do a full sweep anywhere we stay and move any breakables or things that could hurt my non verbal child or toddler and found a pretty large kitchen knife under the sink which was a pretty odd place for a sharp knife.

Excellent instructions to gain entry and very secure. Lovely apartment in a brilliant location. Great facilities, clean and cosy.
