Location was fantastic and the comfort of the facilities ws excellent.

Unfortunately we arrived late into the evening due to flight delays and on arrival there was no milk or welcoming pack. It would be nice to supply guests with at least milk and options for a hot drink. A welcoming pack would be useful to have in the property as not everyone will have printed the information previously supplied upon booking. Luckily we had so we had information on how to work everything within the property.

Location was very central and convenient. We had to book last minute due to not being able to get into our other accommodation late at night. Not only were we able to book, they were responsive to texts and calls. Their response salvaged our stay in Aberdeen. Would book again.

Very basic kitchen supplies but worked just fine. There is street parking. If full you might have to park a block or so over but very doable.

The property was easy to find, instructions for accessing the key lock box were sent prior to arrival and were easy to follow. Very pleasant property, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The 2 main beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable, unfortunately the mattress on the sofa bed was thin. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. I would definitely return again.

There was no welcome pack of goods - when we arrived I was looking forward to a cup of tea after travelling a long way but had to go and find a shop to get milk. A small welcome pack would be a nice touch. The kitchen was clean itself but the only washing up sponge/cloth under the sink were used and dirty. A fresh dishcloth/sponge would have been good. We used the sofa bed which could do with a thicker or additional mattress.

The interior design is amazing bathroom is just wow and kitchen is amazing the bedrooms are lovely and beds extremely comfortable

I was accused of smoking weed which was totally out of order and untrue if you plan on staying in and not opening the door until you leave then it's an amazing place otherwise as soon as you go out and back in the apartment there is constant complaints of doors slamming from the other residents which is very hard not to do as they are fired us and have to be closed behind you the temperature of the apartment is either way too hot or extremely cold there are numerous spiders and insects around the property cobwebs in places that should be cleaned and regularly and parking is like being on an obstacle course
