About this apartment rental
King’s Apartment is an ideal property for commercial guests and families that appreciate peaceful and relaxing location. Apartment building is located in very quiet corner of Seaforth Road with King’s Apartment situated on the ground floor. We are 10 minutes walk to Aberdeen Beach, Sports Village and main high street full of restaurants and places of interests.
King’s Apartment features modern and large dining kitchen, spacious lounge equipped with corner sofa and patio door, 2 good size bedrooms overlooking front garden. Apartment is wheel chair accessible and there are no steps for the easiest access.
Each apartment benefits from free allocated parking space. There are also free visitor parking spaces, however is not possible to reserve an extra parking space.
Please choose your beds: (2 King size), (1 King Size and 2 Single) or (4 Single Beds).
Arrival/Departure Hours:
- Apartment is available to check-in after 2:00pm
- Our check-out hours are by 10:00am
Thistle Apartments reserve the right to preauthorise security deposit (£150.00) on guests’ bank card. Security deposit will be released with 24 hours after departure, provided no damage or missing inventory was recorded and no additional services were requested.

The apartment is in general very good.
Hosts are great, they welcomed us and explained everything. There is a cheat sheet with all the relevant information. Peoplea were great, grating us more days to stay when requested.
Location is great, you have a groceries store very close. You can walk to Union Street, to the beach, to the parks and other place to visit. Close to bus stops. Food delivery also available.
It has a parking lot.
The rooms has 2 single beds, when join, it converts to a king size (you can sink in the middle).
It needs an in deep cleaning, but it is in good condition.
The living room has a good space. Apartment has Internet, works fine (sometimes need to be re-started). It also has TV, good channel selection.
Heating in all the apartment, works fine.

Loved it. Very convenient for town and university, which is what we needed.
Two problems -i) very powerful and warm shower but head difficult to adjust and unsteady, ii) bathwater incomprehensibly alternating from hot to cold, (we were not there long enough to investigate this.)

Stayed here for a weekend recently - nice place, walking distance to city center. Enjoyed it - recommended.
