Well located, quality accommodation in Aberdeen, perfect for both beach & city! Our clean condo is enjoyed for family visits, professionals, remote work, business people and contractors. Hi-speed Internet & FREE parking! Quiet block, older/quiet children only! Spacious bedrooms, bath & shower, full kitchen & table. Quality solid furnishings throughout. Walk to restaurants, ice-skating, amusement park, shops, cinema, bus & railway station. Scottish highlands & castles short drive away.

Double beds in both rooms. Lounge has a good space to relax with a large Smart TV and programs to enjoy.

Front door access to suite. Owner/Co-host will check you in and answer questions before leaving you to settle in. Please revert to us first, if there are ever any issues with anything in the Airbnb. Thank you.

This is a quiet block and therefore no boisterous children please - many of our lovely neighbours work from home and appreciate the peace.

A lovely well appointed apartment close to the city centre and attractions. It was super comfortable and a home away from home. We loved Aberdeen and we’d definitely rebook to stay again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay.The flat is modern, in good condition and well kitted out. Great location, 5 five minute walk to the beach and entertainment area, Asda, and other shops.The host was great met us on arrival with good communication. I certainly would stay here again.

Property was exactly as described, very clean and well located for both the promenade beach and city access. Parking was never a problem and the added bonus of being just over a 5min walk to Pittodrie, Asda, or the beach cafes, or just over 29 mins to Marischal square.
The host was extremely accomodating accepting my booking and having the Apt ready at very late notice. It sits within a block of mostly residential Apartments, which on the whole remained very quiet. Note sound travels in these buildings so respect your neighbours and they will respect you. The common hallway stairwell is a little bit worn and could do with a freshen up but that all ends at the Apartment door.
Note there is no lift and 2 flights of stairs so pack your case light. Views are limited to the rear common grassed area and parking, and Urquhart road to the front, so not beach views.
Highly recommended for smaller groups who need somewhere convenient and quiet at a reasonable rate.
