Close to city centre and quiet. I will stay again in a heartbeat :)
Somewhere in shower for soap razor shampoo as not great trying to bend down to floor for fear of slipping.

Wonderful spacious room with great facilities. Clean well decorated and well located.
Got too many messages offering extra days early check in and late check out. Not sure about using same code for external door and room door.

Lovely room with everything you need and great location. Price was very good.
One of the windows doesn’t close properly letting in a little draft.

Very clean and modern. Great view. Very open feeling.
Almost nothing. Windows slightly drafty and noisy but that is due to the floor the flat is on. Very nice view all the same! Best I’ve been in.

The location was the only positive aspect of this place.
The bed sheets were covered with long, dark hairs, and the mattress protector, pillows, and towels all had noticeable yellow stains. After a long day of traveling, I had to purchase new bedding myself just to be able to sleep comfortably. The shower also had drainage issues, and despite having three radiators, the suite felt damp and steamy rather than warm and cosy. Cold air was coming in through the windows, making the room uncomfortable. The property team only responded to my complaint at the last minute, offering to extend the checkout time from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., which did not address the actual problems. I also sent receipts for the bed linens I had to purchase, but they have continued to postpone taking any action or issuing a refund.I am extremely disappointed—this stay was not worth the money I paid for two nights, and I expected much better service and hygiene standards.

Central location was excellent and communication with property owner was good. Good bathroom and shower
Window leaked during the night and caused some flooding. General cold feeling as the room had four extensive windows with no curtains. We found the bed hard . The access to the property was a small dingy passage which was a bit off putting

Nothing, it was exceptional.

I had a really lovely stay in the main. The location was perfect and the room itself was lovely, with a really comfy bed and space to eat and work. There is a small fridge, microwave and kettle, perfect for small stays with a good amount of crockery and equipment available.
Sadly, what makes this stay less than perfect or excellent, is a lack of attention to detail. There was no tea, coffee or sugar available in my room, adding £10-15 spend per day on teas/coffee for my two night stay. I would usually expect this as standard. The room was really hot, whilst there was a fan, it would have been good to be able to control the central heating which remained on. I asked to leave my luggage which was offered to me as an hours early check-in for £10. Despite stating I just wanted to leave luggage, rather than access the room, this wasn't offered. Upon my arrival I discovered there was a luggage room which I'd have made use of.

The location
Misleading parking situation. They should have send that the “£6 reserve parking”was for Collage St before we paid then I would have there is no chance to get a place for £6 and in fact the cheapest place is £15 at shiprow

The room was big, bright and spacious with an absolutely spectacular floor-to-ceiling Victorian bow window and amazing views out over the city harbour (bustling industrial, not quaint fishing!) The redevelopment build and décor quality was mostly really good and it definitely fulfilled its image as a business-level apartment studio. The entrance to the property is through a small arch and slightly dingy courtyard off the main thoroughfare in the centre of town, but the room was very quiet, it felt safe and the coded door access worked a treat - no keys to lose! You definitely had a feeling of being in Old Aberdeen with mod cons. The location was fab, right across from landmarks including the Marischal College, and just down the road from the Bon Accord and other shopping centres, and the beautiful Music Hall and His Majesty's Theatre. Central, easy access, close to the train and bus stations.
It's a vintage property that's been redeveloped so be aware that there are many stairs and no lift! I could have done with some hooks on doors or walls to hang outdoor clothing etc, and the kitchen area is quite cramped even for an apartment studio like this and the cracked cafetiere leaked out hot water all over the kitchen surfaces. The shower is heat-controlled so if you're like me and you want a hot shower (no bath), you'll not get one (sadly, this is a legal thing in more recent properties in the UK). We also booked this as a dog-friendly place, but there were no soft floor surfaces so the constant tick-tick-tick of dog paws through the night was really annoying! In such a big room, I could honestly have done with at least a kingsize bed rather than a standard double, and the mattress was so bouncy if one person moved as much as a toe, everything moved with it! Some of these are things you can't do much about, and I'd just put it down as 'wouldn't go back' as it didn't suit us, but there were other aspects that would go a long way to improving the offer.

Central, clean, comfortable
Bedside table lights didn’t work. Flickered briefly then stopped. Otherwise no complaints at all.

The view of the harbour
The amount of stairs to the studio apartment, well over 150 and with luggage very difficult, no lift. The toilet/shower room was across a cavernous hall outside the apartment. There was a strong smell of spicy food in room upon entering which lasted for over 24 hours, Cooker grill not clean. No instructions on how to use cooker, TV nor safe. Bed broken but still usable. The door entry keypad is very small and situated away from direct light, so it can be hard to see the digits and as this is located through an arch and very dark, not the best first impression.

The room was spacious and had a really nice energy. Had everything I required, loved the 2 night stay.
I'm afraid that the fridge was a bit icky so never made use of it.

Quaint little studio room, everything you need and more, was in room 12 and can’t fault anything, really clean and tidy, supplied with tea, coffee fresh towels, shampoo conditioner and a hairdryer, don’t think anything was left out, bed comfy and a good nights sleep was had. Property was really quiet considering you were so near everything.
Property situated bottom of union street, only yards from pubs, restaurants, cinemas and shops. Don’t need to walk far for anything if you don’t want to.
Will definitely return
Nothing to dislike about the property

Great central location with lovely views. Really quiet even though we were central and it was a flat. We didn’t hear any other residents at all.
Equipment slightly lacking but I have fed this back.

Hmmm where to start ??? The place is ok but my room was very hot , and the constant emails from stuff was abit too much . It was my second time here my first trip was a disaster as well directions are confusing in a kinda rough area . Behind the pub with big collection bins . Not something am used to seeing . Otherwise the flat itself was ok . I had a problem with the cleaner as well . Check out is at 10 but she was Knocking at my door at 9am even when my friend was leaving she stood there cursing in some language I could not understand that was at 9:45am . This behaviour is appalling. Very bad experience therefore I liked nothing from this place .
The whole experience twice was something I do not want to repeat .

Great location, good price, communication was good.
There was a lot of long blond hairs everywhere, floors needed cleaned better.
Tv aerial needs to be better, a lot of channels were in and out.

It’s in the city centre.
1. Smell of cigarettes right after entering the room and smell of spilled alcohol in the wardrobe.
2. Microwave's door had broken opening.
3. Provided pans for cooking were useless since the Teflon layer has been scraped off.
4. There was supposed to be a wine/champagne for guests but it wasn't.
5. Towel was riddled with holes and some stains.
6. Additionally there's a hole in the wall above the bed. Pictures were taken of all the issues. I only received fresh towels the next morning.
7. They property didn’t want to send an invoice upon request, just been told I can contact booking.com to get one.

EVERYTHING!! Beautiful apartment!! Bed was comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean! Location is perfect right next to everything! They have the comfiest swivel chair looking out onto the harbour. Staff are very attentive and are at the end of the phone for anything you may need 10/10 stay. Thanks for having me 😀

Everything!
There was only one problem, trying to connect the TV to the wifi was a big struggle!

The location and the room view.
There is a factory near by too much noise all the time.
The heating set it on only 2 hours then have to turn on again. When we checked in the room quit cold because the window was open and we didn't know how to turn on electric heating. We booked for 3 nights should left more bin bags and flying pans they so old should get a new one. There is no hair dryer.

Fantastic Penthouse Suite that ticks all the boxes for travellers and families alike. Great location and easy to get to for pubs, bars and restaurants and a lovely view of the harbour from the balcony! Will book again in the future!!
Had an issue with parking but was happy enough using the NCP car park close by even if it was pricier than the other offered!

My accommodation at Victoria was great. Everything worked very well. The location is excellent, the room is very complete and Stephen's instructions are clear and quick.

Convenient position
It was dirty when we arrived the fridge and the microwave both were cleaned the next day. It was down a very dirty alley with an old fridge and lots and lots of cigarette ends outside.
The very small table with two chairs was directly under the TV so sitting at it and watching TV wasn’t realistic the room was very small. The window was open when we arrived and we couldn’t shut it as it was dangerous to climb over a 2 meter kitchen surface to reach it. There was no facility for luggage storage despite their being a sign saying there was.

Good design. Roomy.
Awful. Booked for 15 nights but had to leave after 6. Spent nights huddled in my coat because a window had completely blown off before I arrived. It was right outside the bedroom so I had a choice of door banging all night or leave it open and put up with wind and rain coming into the room. Chose the latter hence the coat. Notified the owner straight away (Saturday). By Thursday nothing had been done so I had no choice but to move out. The place was uninhabitable. Aberdeen in January .. try that without a window! I believe a refund was justified but after a LOT of chasing I’ve been offered a refund for 8 nights. I stayed 5 uncomfortable nights and had to pay the full price for 6! That’s indefensible. I should’ve had a full refund for 9 nights and a partial refund for the 5. Property owner just avoided any attempt at contact and booking.com resolution service was not very proactive at all. I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. Had to pay for alternate accommodation so I’m out of pocket (and have a nasty cold which may well be a product of my al fresco apartment camping experience)
