The view and location is great.

Convenient and reasonably priced accommodation in Aberdeen, especially if you are visiting for work. The room felt spacious, clean, and well-furnished, and I really appreciated having the kitchen facilities. This is why I chose this place. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen came stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, and milk. While it would be a helpful addition to include some basic salt and cooking oil for actual meal prep, the current setup is perfectly adequate if you are warming up ready-made food.

I think I was simply unlucky with my room assignment. I stayed in a ground-floor room that featured a very small window facing a blank wall, which caused the space to feel quite stuffy. Because the window was quite close to the ground, I felt uncomfortable leaving it open for ventilation. On the positive side, the location itself is incredibly central, with several local pubs easily accessible just through an adjacent tunnel. However, this layout brings up a slight security concern: while there is a security camera near the main entrance to the apartments, its view does not cover the tunnel running next to the pub.

Window leaked during the night and caused some flooding. General cold feeling as the room had four extensive windows with no curtains. We found the bed hard . The access to the property was a small dingy passage which was a bit off putting
