Excellent location, at the city center and close to the beach, and with good value for money.
The carpet should be changed with new one.

Good location.
Lack of furniture. Four hangers in a tiny wardrobe which housed an ironing board and other items. Absolutely no other storage . No bedside tables. No sets of drawers, to be fair the bedroom had only enough space for the bed (and a couple of bedside tables had they been provided) but there would have been room in the living room. There was one occasional table in the living room and a sofa which looked a bit grubby.
The kitchen was clean and well equipped and the bathroom was clean but the temperature of the shower was hard to get right.
Good location.
Would I stay here again probably not.
