Everything. Excellent location and facilities. It was like a home away from home.

one side of the double bed was broken, so only one person could sleep in it. A better sofa bed with a small armchair in lounge.

Would recommend - clean and central to town

There was good communication and instructions prior to our stay. The property is central and walking distance to town. The property was warm and clean. We had a pint of milk and cereal left for us, there was also tea coffee and sugar which I thought was a really nice touch. They had also made up the third bed (sofa bed in living room) so we didn’t have to do that when arriving late. Although you are walking distance to town, it’s quiet and we got a really good nights sleep. We would definitely stay again.

The parking outside is only for 2 hours and £6. Research and book parking before you go, we eventually parked in premier inn a short walk away for 2 nights. The property is a little dated so if you want high end luxury it’s probably not for you. If you want cosy, clean and warm you will be really happy here

Ideal property in ideal location

Combining location, ease of transport, comfort, facilities and price, this might be the most optimal booking I've ever made. Great apartment: clean, comfortable, super kitchen. Simple door codes to enter the property and then the room. Large fridge and freezer for the haggis, along with big frying pan. Bus connections to/from the airport and to all around town are steps away at pretty Castlegate square. Plenty nearby pubs & restaurants. Full-service Morissons grocery a 9 minute walk or two bus stops. Pictures shown include the cliffside view from the bedroom window, and a night view up the street from the property to Castlegate. Used a First Aberdeen day pass to get all over town, sitting front top of the modern double-decker busses. Very nice and central apartment where I would stay again

Very central but still quiet, clean, very cosy; kitchen facilities were good. Temperature was easy to regulate. Enough plugs available. Also the little reception area with the old photos was very nice. All in all I would stay here again

The shower was quite complicated to figure out how it works (maybe put an instruction there - better: get rid of it and get a proper one) and the shower hose was too short.The drains all need a good cleaning as the water took quite some time to drain and the faucets a descaling, as one is drenched when one turns the water up higher. Also bedside tables would have been nice. Shelves in the wardrobe or a drawer (maybe in the bedside tables) for clothes one can`t hang would be very handy. Some minor things like a wobbling toilet roll holder or the door under the sink which doesn`t close properly need fixing

Don’t arrive before 6pm, horrible for parking otherwise. Flat is good size but stairs make hard to access

Quite a large flat with many inclusions including fridge and washing machine. A large kitchen/dining/ living area. Bed was comfortable enough.

Parking is not supplied and parking in general in that area of Aberdeen is awful. It is expensive and even the council car park which is a significant walk from the flat is restricted. Most levels are 4 hours only and the top levels are for up to 14 hours. If you drop off the car at 4 pm you’d have to pick it up at 6 am. On the street most parking is for 45 minutes only, some for 2 hours. You can park after 6 pm until 8am if you can find a spot. Our flat was on level 3. Horrible steep narrow staircase which is very difficult to drag your suitcases up. Hard to locate as Google maps directs you to Castle Terrace for some reason. Once you know where it is it is not so bad.

It was good for a short stay in Aberdeen center.

The location of the property was really central and close to the train station! Also, I liked the kitchen, well equipped with the essentials and the heating was appropriate :)

Cleaning was ok but not thoroughly done. There were some spider nets on some ceiling lights and some spots on the bathroom. Also, the hairdryer once it was turned on it stopped working.

Second time staying here. Fab location close to town center and beach. Street is quiet for being close to the center. Apartment was a good size and is clean. Bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows. Bedroom had bedside tables.

A comfortable, central & overall fantastic apartment!

Staff were fantastic - very flexible for our late night arrival and very knowledgeable about local parking, etc. Very prompt responses. Location was excellent - basically on the doorstep of the local high street/city centre! Very comfortable & spacious apartment, comfy beds, great kitchen & plenty of little goodies like tea/coffee/cereal, etc.

Not a complaint but just for awareness of other customers - our apartment was on the top floor (which we loved) however it was only accessible by narrow, steep stairs. Shortly before our stay (and months after booking) one member of our party developed health issues - the stairs were therefore a little bit inconvenient however it didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay. Perhaps best to book in advance/contact the property if you have any accessibility issues as they were very accommodating!

You have to be up & out early to move car due to city centre parking restrictions. Limited luggage/hanging space in flat for 4 guests so fine for a couple of nights but may be a bit cramped for a longer stay.

The perfect stay

Stunning modern clean well equipped flat with everything you could possibly need and lovely little extras as a bonus (tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, milk and toiletries) Very comfy beds and plenty of fresh towels. Perfect location for everything in the city centre. Will definitely be booking here for all future stays in Aberdeen

Clean, well-located, and with a nice living area/kitchen.

Spotless apartment and well-sized kitchen area. The cot we'd requested didn't really fit in the bedroom so I requested bedding for the sofa bed (as I wanted the baby to sleep close to me) and this was provided no problem. Very close to Union Street but was quiet. Decent instructions for finding parking.

The pillows were a little hard and the sharp knives were blunt (to be expected in any holiday apartment, really), but that's all!

Location was perfect, size was good for a family of six. It was desently clean and had everything you'd need (a full kitchen, fridge, freezer, sofa, dining table etc)

We never got a breakfast basket. They never changed our towels. We only got one bath towel each the day we arrived and we stayed 4 nights. We asked for an extra duvet but never got that. There was no cleaning service or trash pick up. You could feel the springs in the mattress

Comfortable stay for a short break..

Apartment D was a comfortable stay for us for two nights… Easy self access; great communication; excellent location; spacious bright sitting room with dining table; small kitchen with all the basics, and with the hosts very thoughtfully leaving us tea, coffee, breakfast cereals and milk; comfortable bed; complimentary toiletries. The apartment was great value for money and we would definitely return when back in Aberdeen xx

It was a good apartment, and we could operate the kitchen, bathroom, and living room facilities with less effort. The charge wasn't bad, considering the location.

Parking space was a challenge. The sofa beds can be upgraded, especially in apartments E and F.

Best location for being in the city.

Fantastic location, everything literally on the doorstep. Nicely decorated, airy apartment with comfortable furniture. The only disappointment was the electric shower which was very low water pressure, but we managed with it.

Location was great, apartment was comfortable, well appointed, with coffee and tea, sugar and kitchenware. Good for two people, one on pullout couch (which was comfortable) and one in bedroom.

We were there for work and needed WiFI. It was spotty, dropping calls, going offline. I wrote the mgt but didn't hear back. The apartment was on the ground floor, with passerby walking right by the windows.

Great location, easy to follow instructions, , milk in the fridge was great, nice size kitchen and rooms for our stay. Was ideal for our purpose.

Bed not comfortable as mattress feels like the springs are coming through, pillows were like bricks, not enough towels for 4 people, could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up, shower was poor, very weak pressure so water dribbles out, toilet seat also not secure and moved about

Central location. Apartment was clean. Top of building so very quiet. Carpark close by and very handy, NCP so charge for this, £14 for 24 hours. Would stay here again

Only complaint was advised week one pack would be available at booking but this not in apartment. Small Tesco’s down road.
