Affleck Stay 2 - SJA Stays - Modern 2 Bed Apartment

I would recommend this place 😉 Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with 2 double beds with 2 ensuite bathrooms and a separate toilet. A big living room with corner sofa and chair which could easily fit 6 people comfortably. The dining room table was a great size to play some games around. The kitchen was well fitted with glasses, cups, bowls and plates, pans. along with cleaning supplies and dishwasher pods for use of the dishwasher with ease. The washer dryer also had pods provided, but I didn't end up using this. The showers had toiletries provided which smelt nice. My daughter slept in the living room, in the cupboard was a comforter blanket which she used to sleep with. She found the sofa very comfortable to sleep on and take apart to get the right spot. My son liked the Location, it was great to watch the trains as we were no more than a 5-10 mins walk away. He liked watching the trains. Near the train station, so there was a fast food place 'sizzles' which does good fast food. Pizza, kabab and burgers were nice 👍🏻 and next door to that is a small Sainsbury's local. There were a TV in each bedroom and one in living room, we liked that they were smart TVs, we used Disney+ the most. 😊 The back bedroom had patio doors which lead down the fire escape/balcony area. This was convenient for if only one of us were popping out we didn't have to keep unlocking and locking the door. The beds were comfy. The size of the rooms were great for the 4 of us. We had 2 big suitcases and found plenty of space to lay flat without being in the way, so that's great 👍🏻 Staff were fantastic so helpful and quick at responding.

There were no baking trays to cook with, I had to make do with the grill tray. The chairs to the dinning room table were a bit wobbly and my husband felt her was gonna fall or break one each time he sat on them. Not the best location for people who do drive in terms of grocery shopping. Closest Lidl and big Tesco was a good 30 mins walk away. The location of the tv in the back bedroom wasn't great and I struggled to get it to turn on. Not sure if it was the controller or angle, so we mostly watched stuff in the living room. The downside of having patio doors in the backroom was when it was hot at night, I couldn't leave them open like I could with a window, so was a bit stuffy.

The mattresses were very old, and the bed in the room was also made of awful wood; every time I lay down, I would hit the wood.

The property was just fantastic! 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms, the living room and kitchen were very spacious. Everything was comfortable and clean. Great walking distance to the centre and local shops, train station and bus station. Super clean and had everything you need for a stay. I especially loved the T.V as it came with apps such as YouTube, Netflix and your basic television channels. It really was like a home from home, my 2 year old absolutely loved it! The hosts were great at communicating. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Everything was fantastic, Only problem was a smell coming from neighbouring apartments but I notified the host and they said they will look into it for future guests.

Good communication, great location and property was clean enough.

Only 3 forks and one was dirty. Both showers were either scolding or ice cold. Plenty tea bags but no coffee, unless you count the jar holding up the TV in bedroom!! Disappointed considering they are charging premium price.
