Location is good, on a very quiet street opposite Duthie park, you are on a blind bend, but don't let that put you off. The house is clean and comfortable. The piano was great. The beds are good, even managed to find a feather pillow. Washing machine isn’t a massive payload but it's always great to have a washer. We travelled as 3 work colleagues so the en-suite bathrooms were great.
There is a slight fusty smell when you walk in, but don't that put you off either, we just got some air fresheners. It's a really nice place to stay, and if we get sent back to Aberdeen, we will most definitely try and book this place first.

Location was superb for us and the parking on site. The rooms were spacious and the property spotlessly clean. Having the Duthie Park on our doorstep was a real bonus as we had our 20 month old grandson with us. There was a café, friendly pub and a convenience store all within 5 minutes walk.
The mattress in the main bedroom could have been more comfortable. The outside bins were all full, although I suspect this was down to the previous occupants who didn't appear to understand the use of different bins and recycling!

The location, the heating system, the washing machine
Kitchen poorly equipped , loo seats loose, large gas ring not working, mainly wine glasses only 2 tumblers, could be cleaner, sheets straight on to mattresss, garden messy & tired.
