Will definitely stay here next time we visit Aberdeen

This apartment was perfect! Lovely peaceful setting, close to university and bus routes. Plenty parking. Excellent instructions to find the apartment, find the keys and what to do on check out. Apartment had everything we needed and we really appreciated the milk, bread and cereals they provided. Everything was very clean.

Decor wasn't our taste, but that is irrelevant when spending a weekend there. Beds could have been comfier.

Ideal apartment in an ideal location.

It was amazing. Beautiful layout and had everything you needed. On arrival there was bread, milk, and an assortment of breakfast cereals which was much appreciated. Ideal location and the surrounding area was well maintained. I'd highly recommend this apartment.

Not a criticism in the slightest but the washing machine/dryer was controlled by an app. Instruction on his to get access would have been good, passwords etc.

The spaciousness, cleanliness, facilities & many extras that were supplied including the off road secure parking made it exceptional value.

Great alternative to a hotel

Very spacious, very quiet, lots of light, easy to find, excellent towels and pretty well equipped - including unexpected milk, bread & cereal being provided!

Duvets were a bit too thick for the summer weather! Very strong (overbearing) air freshener in stair well and apartment (though we could switch off in apartment). Some of the plug sockets were coming away from the wall.

Always enjoy my stay here.but the bed mattress isn’t great and bathrooms need a deep clean

Really handy for the aquatics centre and city centre. Secure car park also great.

This was my third stay I. A different apartment. The bed was really not comfortable. The cleanliness wasn’t like the previous two stays and there was a string unpleasant smell from the main bedroom en-suite.

Fantastic view + clean, tidy, spacious apartment

Beautiful view from the windows in the living room! Neatly organised space, lots of storage, quiet, green neighbourhood. Fridge was wquipped with milk, water and on the counter there were lots of cereal choices. Ah, they left us toast bread too. Would like to come back!

The vent in the smaller bathroom was a bit loud when it was windy. Beds could be harder.

Honestly my only downside is the mattress which was slightly uncomfortable as if you can feel the springs in your back, but i could work with it for sure given the whole upsides of the apartment I wish they had mini shampoos as well

It was great!

The property was well maintained and location was good. It was great that we were given supply of tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread and some biscuits so we didn’t have to get groceries immediately after arriving. Also capsules were provided for the dishwasher and washing machine.

Uncomfortable beds, I would advise to avoid

Usually we’re staying in hotels while visiting my daughter, but because she bought an apartment nearby, we decided to book this kinda Airbnb place. So location was good for us.

Veeeery uncomfortable beds, squeaky, poor quality of mattress, we felt like sleeping on wood. Website description says it’s a double, but actually it’s not, it’s just a bit bigger than single. If you book these apartments, be ready for sleepless nights due to uncomfortable sleep getting up tired. The floor in the whole apartment are so squeaky and stays unpleasant smell. It’s a far away of “Luxury” as this business call themselves. I would suggest to avoid.

Lovely apartment, cosy and clean. Was so handy to have milk, bread, cereals etc on arrival - really nice touch.

When I ran a bath we discovered there wasn’t a good hot water supply so was a very luke warm bath which was not so relaxing!

We were in Aberdeen for an event at the Aquatics Centre, for which it is really well located. Quiet location and comfortable/homely apartment with everything we needed and secure parking z

The double bed was small (4’6”) and there was no option for it to be 2 single either (I was staying with my daughter!)

Nice apartment in a peaceful and quiet location

The apartment is in a small enclave that used to be the site of the College of Education. The location is rather nice and, while we were there, all the blossom trees were in bloom. The place is very quiet and nice to walk around in. The apartment itself is well furnished and the staff were very helpful, too.

Made a potentially tough 5 days pleasurable and comfortable.

Breakfast was fantastic and very generous. Parking availability is excellent and overall the property exceeded my expectations.

Very small things: 1. 3-4 door stops would help - we had to prop open some doors with chairs so that we could move from room to room easily. 2. Dish cloth would be more useful that current scourer / sponge which was very tired.
