I loved it overlooking the gardens
The cooker was dodgy - the digital display was not clear - there was no manual on how the cooker worked.
The TV did not work - batteries were missing from remote controllers - the picture was very fuzzy with it saying that there was no signal from the satellite dish.
Horrible plastic smell in main bathroom -plastic toilet seat coating had melted, by probably using too strong cleaner on it? Also no blind at bathroom window.
The door to the second bedroom made a terrible din every time in was opened and shut. The flat below and next door probably heard it.
The curtains in the bedrooms were voiles - so incredibly thin - with it being too light in the bedrooms from daybreak / dawn.
It was extremely hard to turn either of the showers on - anyone with weak wrists / weak grip would not have been able to do it.

The location was perfect for my needs, and the price was fair. There was a lovely view over the garden, with beautiful trees.
On the Orange apartment website, they use words like stunning, stylish, and luxury and this is what I was expecting to see. However this was not the case. In fact I would say that it was cheap and tired, very tired.
The mattresses in one of the rooms was dire, there were holes in the wall of the bathroom, the showers were almost impossible to turn on, the cutlery was so flimsy they bent when used, the lighting was horrific, the decor shocking and offensive, the kitchen, though clean, was rough and tired, the washing machine was missing the cabinet door, the oven looked like it had seen better days, The fridge door opened the wrong way, the bedding was plastic - by that I mean, the cheapest possible. It looked like it was thrown together in the cheapest possible way, with the cheapest possible products, with no attention to detail or care for its upkeep.
It was fine, a place to stay uncomfortably for a night or two, but luxury, stylish and stunning it was not.
The expression 'every possible expense spared' would sum it up.

It was a great location and easy to get to the hospital.
The kitchen had water damage and the floor moved so it felt a bit unsafe. The sofas and beds were very soft, the pillows did not have protectors and therefore were quite stained from use.
The shower was not clean, I had to remove the mould from the corners and grout.
There was a lot of dust behind the radiators which fell out over the week I was there.

Location was great and free parking was a bonus.
The decor was dated and tired, TV screen picture was washed out and no Netflix even though it was listed in the book, floors were really creeky, shower was dated, cutlery was poor quality.
The bed in the bedroom without the en-suite was really uncomfortable.

Location - key arrangement

Good location, quiet , dedicated parking space, nice garden and the ability to accommodate our pets.
Beds were not comfortable you could feel the springs, TV was not in good condition with poor quality and lines running through the screen, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, kitchen could be upgraded, there was damaged floors, cupboards and no plug in the kitchen sink.
Lack of kitchen utensils and the cutlery is very basic.
Overall the property could use upgrading.

Clean. Light. spacious. Lovely outlook on your gardens. Great location by the BBC. Staff v helpful
Slightly dated kitchen and bathroom but all appliances worked well & water pressure in the shower was great. Would have been more convenient to collect keys in a key safe at the property.

Location and size of property
Ensuite shower and main bathroom has mouldy tiles and edges. Lack of advertised balcony. There is no balcony at the property. Just a small untidy space where patio doors open into. Can't fit a chair in it. One small size person can just about manage to stand in the space.

location is lovely, lovely grounds and excellent parking. apartment is bright and well laid out with lots of space
bits of damage to kitchen cabinets and bathroom wall didn’t look good. Very little cutlery or dishes in the kitchen. No bottle opener!! Dishes needed to go in the dishwasher before we used. No mattress covers on beds.

We have stayed in various apartments run by Orange/AP PM apartments. This was our first time at Beechgrove. It's a lovely location and you can walk into the city center very easily. The apartment was very spacious and clean and we had everything that we needed for a three night stay.
Picking up the keys is a bit of a pain. After a long drive it's not ideal having to collect the keys from an office front on Union Street (especially when you have had to chase the agent for the key code number when you are 30 miles from Aberdeen).
Something always makes me feel that the apartments could be a bit better with a little more care - we couldn't get the lights in the lounge to work (agent came when we were out and removed the knob on the dimmer switch leaving the stub to turn), there were only 3 forks when the apartment is designed for 4 people (and only 2 teaspoons), no bottle opener or corkscrew.

Short walk to work
No hot water, even though we told them we did not have any hot water it did not get fixed, they offered us a move on the eleventh hour on our last night, we were there 6 nights.
We needed to wash by boiling pots and kettles to get hot water. not even an apology we are very disappointed with the service.
