Comfortable room and great location.

The location is great as it is a short walk to the waterfront and to Lagadika area where there is a multitude of cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast was excellent - a wide assortment of food to suit anyone's preferences. Eggs, cereals, breads, pastries; so many choices. The touch of traditional Greek fare was a bonus - dolmades, spanakopita, visinada, olives, feta ... my Greek-Canadian tastebuds were very happy. The rooftop bar was perfect for a view up and down Egnatia and to watch the sunset.

I would have liked a small table by the windows - to sit with a coffee perhaps. Not critical, but a nice addition. More importantly for me, the shower floor was a bit slippery when soap gathered. The floor is a uniform material througout the room but a different texture or product, or maybe an option to place a grip pad on the floor in the shower area, would be helpful. Small things were attended to promptly by hotel staff who were always smiling and patient with my questions and requests. Thank you 😁

Central location and great value for money.

The property is nice and clean. Rooms are well maintained with all the needed amenities - hygienic kit, hair dryer, safe, coffee maker and phone charger (which we found very useful).

Location is right in the center of the town , breakfast was satisfactory.

Not recommended for guests with a car as the hotel doesn’t have a free parking space and the agreed rate with the parking close by is 20€/day , not cheap and the is no other alternative close by

Good, but not exceptional.

Location is good, short walking distance from the centre. Rooms fairly spacious, quite high-tech - at least sunblinds - they are electric. Large TV, with some smart features - not everything worked. Breakfast average at best, there was variety but quality somewhat low, cold scrambled eggs, not the best coffee. Parking is available as cooperation with a garage - which is good, but it is on the other side of very busy street, took us probably half an hour to make a u-turn and drive 500m.

Despite what it is in the description, there is no kettle in the room, coffee maker is there - but each coffee pod is 1€. The room is supposedly high-tech but "smart room control" didn't work at all on the TV and the AC controller was very basic, only on/off made difference. The "city view" from the description was a building falling apart. Given the reviews, I somehow expected more.

Modern place in the heart of Thessaloniki

Nice location in the crowded city of Thessaloniki. Two parking spots nearby. All the popular landmarks are on walk distance as well. Clean facilities, very modern furnished and functional equipment in the rooms.

Television. Channel selection. With the exception of the BBC none of the western channels worked or existed. None of the German channels that appeared on the grid had a signal, there were no Italian, Spanish, sports channels, a few Greek channels, and the rest in Arabic or Turkish. Basically in the evenings you are doomed to netflix on your laptop.

Staf is friendly but their front office manager is rude. I like smart room it was cosy

hotel has no balcony! IF U ARE SMOKER DO NOT GO THERE. AS YOU NEED TO GO OUT FROM HOTEL TO SMOKE. Breakfast is poor. Front office stuff are friendly but their manager has serious problems with nervous and communication with hosts. Housekeeping is friendly but they don’t know standards of cleaning room. Restaurant is horrible as there during the breakfast sleep people and there are a lot of suitcases.

The location is perfect and the rooms are comfortable and clean

The reception as l know it from other hotels is inexistant. There is only one booth with one guy that is most of the time stressed out by phone calls and by clients waiting to ask a question. It is not normal for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast quite modest

Ok for one night

Modern hotel near the center, clean rooms, great bathroom.

1. The arrogant receptionist with the ponytail. I enter the hotel, to check my family in, tell him the name the room was booked under and give him my passport. He asks for all of my family passports so I go to the car to get them. He then asks me to show him the booking confirmation number. After I show him this he is asking to check if my credit card is indeed the card the booking was made with! Horrible check in, like never before, and one of the rudest people I have come across! 2. The breakfast buffet did not offer a lot of variety, and since there were a lot of guests staying, the food trays would empty in an instance so there was a long wait for the staff to refill… There was no fresh fruit offered.

A very nice place for a short stay in Thessaloniki

Very good place, with comfortable accommodation and nice staff. The rooftop is pleasant at night. The room equipment is recent, with a nice design The city centre is at a walking distance. There is a price agreement with a private car park at a walking distance. Breakfast is very good.

Out of 2 lifts 1 was out of order, and only a tiny one left. Not very convenient for luggage handling. Coffee price on the rooftop is a bit indecent.
