Elegant property, nice and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast.

The covers on the bed are somewhat heavy and it’s easy to get hot during the night, even with the room temperature lowered.

Ok hotel for a very short stay.

Breakfast was nice and bed comfortable, room was spacious.

Extremely noisy location. Windows need better insulation. If you want to have a good night sleep this is not the right place. They charged 15 euro per day a city tax. I have stayed in Thessaloniki many times and never paid such a tax.

The location was amazing. Really within short walking distance from everything in city center, yet easily accessible by car. The small indoor pool was a highlight for the kids (it is VERY small, but warm and nice) The parking services was very convenient as well. And the staff were helpful and friendly.

For a 5 star hotel, the water pressure (hose) in the bathroom was subpar.

Good, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, excellent breakfast, excellent service

The room was not lit enough and the jacuzzi didn't work. Very small gym Spa prices are very expensive. The TV in the room was very small, about 20 inches, which is not respectful of a five-star hotel. In addition, it did not work.

Good corporate hotel.

Efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Superb hotel facilities. Lovely room. An excellent breakfast with so many choices. Piano player in foyer which was well appointed.

Although I cannot fault the hotel, it’s probably not the best place for a tourist. It’s more geared for corporates, business people, conferences and functions. It’s slightly set back from the promenade facing west making it a little hot and stuffy in the afternoon. No leisure chair in the bedroom. Just uprights.

Extraordinary

Wonderful, professional staff which was extraordinary in serving needs of guests. Front desk personnel provided valuable assistance in locating medical facility when I became ill and required hospitalization. Also, front desk director became personally involved during my medical emergency and provided assistance while seeking return of my wife’s wallet which was lost and later recovered at the Sani Resort. This support was exceptional and helped make our stay even more memorable.’

Exceptional Hotel!!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel right at home by helping you with anything that you need. Could not speak highly enough about every individual that I spoke with during my stay. The room was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay that much better. With buffet breakfast, pending your dietary requirements, you have a variety of options to choose from. And, one of the positives about staying here is that the city centre is not even a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so you have an abundance of stores and restaurants to choose from.
