Overall a great place to stay for a few days

Really close to the center and there are shops and grocery stores near the hotel.

Great location

Great location, everything is close and easy to reach, but rooms facing the main street can be quite noisy. The rooms are very clean, which is a big plus, but they’re quite basic for the high price charged.

Breakfast is fine, though the instant juices are overly sweet and not very pleasant.

Avoid at all cost

Location was decent

I think this was one of the worst beds I have ever used. The room had no sound insulation, and I could hear everything that happened in the hallway. The key cards stopped working more often than not. The only outlets in the room were for the TV or for the two lamps in the room, so in order to charge devices I had to unplug the lights. There was a smoking smell coming from the ventilation system in the bathroom. The hotel states that the breakfast fits for all diets but if you are vegan the options are very limited, you can't even get milk in the coffee One of the nights there was no running water and the phone to call reception did not work. All in all, the worst hotel I have been at

Cosy central hotel

Very central minutes to restaurants and the port. Everything was perfect in the room. Comfortable beds bathroom. Could be a bit noisy due to being on the main road but once balcony door is closed it is ok. I had earplugs on and slept all night heard nothing. I had a small problem with my phone on day of departure and Stellios night duty reception was extremely helpful and patient .

I could smoke in the balcony but no ashtray was provided even after I have asked but not a problem really.

Close to the center.

When the restaurant in the morning is full, one waiter is not enough. Also the knife and fork are on the table, when someone gets up and you take their table, after that you cannot get yourself fork and knife, you have to chase the waiter so you can ask him to bring you from the kitchen, that's waste of time.

Surprisingly quiet

Location is great, close to the sea and center. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was a buffet with enough to choose from. The beds were comfortable. Though there were quite a lot of guests, we only noticed at breakfast - the room was quiet.

At first we were disappointed at the view (looking at a wall) but then we appreciated the view because it meant we were at the back of the building and not at the busy road.

The shower cabin is super small so you can't avoid being touched by the shower curtain, which I find particularly annoying. Maids are talking to each other in the corridor very loudly, early in the morning.

Close to the city center.

Hotel does not have parking. They lead you ahere you should park, which is 15 Euro charging area. Staff does even help to show the place. Secondly, cards did not work and reception made us 4 times come down to change the card. No one help you. At the end, because she did not want to try, she changed our room. Beds are not comfortable, i think those are coming from 70s. Not recommended.

This hotel is right at Thesaloniki center Walking distance to most attractions We got a beautiful suite with big balkony to the city Each one of us got a queen size bed We were surprised to find that in this hotel serve Kosher breakfast - this is something very valuable for us as we strictly keep the Jewish kosher laws It was a great stay

The stay doesn't include parking - you either park on the street if you are lucky enough or pay additional 17 Euros for the parking The mattress were a bit hard and not so comfortable

Great place to stay at the heart of Thessalonica.

A classic city hotel with an excellent clean room and local parking for your car. Breakfast was amazing. All employees are willing to help you. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Soft mattresses would be better in terms of comfort. They are currently full orthopedic.

There is no parking. Thessaloniki is crowded as it is and the parking was not saved for us. We spent 1-2 hours just circling the streets to find a parking + needed to move my car again since not all parkings work on Sunday.

Parking is next to the hotel

Lots of noise from car and late night motorbike traffic. It does not stop unitil 3 AM. Guest celebrating, allowed to make lots of noise in the middle of the night in the hotel (it is not an event venue) Not nice smell of food along the corridors on the floor 2.

The room was very noisy, because the windows were facing the main central road, the soundproofing was terrible, all the noise from the road was in the room, in addition, there was a terrible smell of cigarettes in the room, probably who lived before us, smoked right in the room, we asked the administrator to replace us with a less noisy room, but we were flatly refused and we were forced to leave this hotel in the middle of the night, as we wanted to rest a lot because the next day we had a flight, very disappointed the service, I’m sure they could find us another room(((

Good location, ok facilities

Good location

The front receptionist (guy at his max 30s afternoon shift 29/12/2022) was ironic and rude and not really willing to help with the parking. While the hotel team answered our parking request saying that there is also temporary space in front of the main entrance to help with baggage unloading that space was occupied by permanently parked car (the receptionist said ironicaly that was his ;) ). Considering parking the hotel does not own one, there is one private parking next to it. The prices are not better for the hotel guests (15 euros for 24h).
