Amazing stay in a lovely hotel and we hope to come back in the near future

We loved everything but the hotel does not have a gym or its own parking and daily parking costs 30 euros which is more that the cost for renting a car for 3 days :)

I will never go back as they did not inform me that they could not provide me what I asked for.

The location and the breakfast.

They claim that they have twin bed room, which we ask for when booking but then they did not have. The staff was rude enough to explain that twin room means two joined beds sharing the same headrest and not two separate beds.

Perfect stay

The hotel is just perfect: great location, clean and spacious rooms, very nice food and exceptionally friendly staff! We enjoyed everything and can’t wait to visit again

Great location and comfortable accommodation

The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We liked being able to use the balcony to meet with our friends. The location was perfect and near some great restaurants

I should have asked to see the invoice when paying. We were mistakenly charged for some minibar items but didn't use anything for the bar. The hotel have apologised and offered a discount should we return but I recommend checking the itemized bill before paying. Nevertheless I recommend the hotel

A nice cute 5 star boutique hotel

Small cosy hotel in the heart of Thessaloniki

This is a boutique hotel. It has no common areas, for a coffee but still a very good place. Our room had a bad smell from the drainage but we didnt mention it until our check out cause we didnt really spend too much time in.

Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent – just one street back from the sea, which means it’s close to the sea yet peaceful, with no traffic noise. The neighborhood feels very safe, and everything is within walking distance: the port is only a few minutes away, and you can reach the White Tower in about 10–15 minutes on foot. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful – from the welcoming reception team to the lovely housekeeping lady who kept everything tidy. A perfect place for a relaxing stay in the city.

The location of the hotel was in the heart of Thessaloniki. The parking in that area is always a problem. Hotel arranged an outside parking garage, and they transferred my car between the hotel and the garage. The staff in the reception and in the restaurant was amazing, always smiling and always ready to help. The hotel was build on top of the ruins, with glass floors where you can see the historical establishment under the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. I would expect to pay much more for this kind of room and hotel. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay

Very good service from friendly staff. The breakfast is exceptionally good. We had a gorgeous room on the 6th floor with a huge balcony, nespresso machine, and superb air con.

Comfortable stay in Thessaloniki

Great hotel. Good location, close to many bars and restaurants. All the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very good, a lot of choice and they catered very well for my food allergy.

Although it didn’t bother us, so as an opinion only, like other reviews we feel that they should provide free coffee pods, or at least a couple of pods.

Beautiful boutique hotel. One of nicest I’ve stayed in all of Europe

Great location one block from the sea in the heart of restaurants and shops. Staff were helpful in storing our luggage for the day after checking out and calling us a taxi you the airport. Breakfast was wonderful and included many local pastries and desserts.

Great location but accommodation was disappointing

Great location Bed was comfortable

The room we had was deep set & there was no direct sunlight that came into the actual room, which made the room cold & somewhat depressing. Also, our room was situated opposite an office. Men would stand at their window which is directly opposite our room smoking & talking on their phones & could see us directly in our room unless the curtains were drawn closed. The shower configuration with a solid door made it quite claustrophobic. Lastly, the towels were grey. Overall, I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 5 star boutique hotel. It was somewhat disappointing for us.

Perfect and will definitely be coming back

Outstanding breakfast with huge variety and the chef made excellent eggs and pancakes. The location is walking distance from just about everything. The staff was professional and extremely friendly. The beds were sooo comfortable. Our room was spotless and had a great shower.

Two very minor items which I feel could be improved. The bath towels were a bit small and the elevator would start beeping when four of us got in even though it said maximum 525 kg which we are not.

We discovered a little gem of a hotel. Very friendly staff, super clean hotel, excellent sound proofing, delicious breakfast restaurants opposite fantastic. Superb location close to ten yards from sea and 2 minutes from Ladadika. I will keep coming back here it was charming.

Really well placed for getting around the centre. Huge rooms, very comfortable. Good variety at breakfast. Helpful staff. Although they didn’t have onsite facilities they had an arrangement with a nearby spa which was great.

Great staff and property was very clean. Great breakfast and coffee in the mornings, the staff at breakfast couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect location if you want to be close to the water front and restaurants/bars.

Room was comfortable but the TV (android) would not connect to an IPhone and YouTube would not work properly which is disappointing if you’re planning on spending time in the room to relax, we had to watch Netflix on our phones.

Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere. Staff is super polite and professional. Room was very clean and spacious. Internet speed is 500mbps, super fast. Very good quality of sleep in general.

Although we had a wide choice of omelets with no charge, I would like a buffet with more options and local products.
