The hotel is elegant and luxurious, with an excellent location. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent and varied, offering a wide selection of options. The staff is very kind and professional. The hotel is close to the sea, and there are many stylish restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. There is also a garage and a well-stocked small shopping center right next to the hotel.
Everything was very good, no major complaints.

Excellent location and superb decorations
Room WiFi was unstable and because of that casting content from iPhone to the tv was not working properly.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, cute reception area.
Bad insulation with noisy neighbouring guests, limited space in common areas eg: breakfast area, storage room, elevator.
Kitchen in restaurant was noisy and all arguments among personel were loud without them realising.
Rear room was a bit depressing with hardly any light and ugly window view.
No parking, nor any discount offered for visitors.
Felt a bit gloomy all over the hotel with nearly no natural light exept the reception.

In my opinion, Thessaloniki is the most beautiful city in Greece, a very special city for us, as it's where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, was born. We are very happy when we come to this city; it has many beautiful places to eat, drink, shop, and visit. The Excelsior Hotel where I stayed within this beauty, its cleanliness, central location, and the friendly and helpful behavior of its staff made me very happy. Thank you very much, I found a wonderful hotel and I will choose it again on my next trip, I am happy.
