Short trip

Everything was great! We will be back for a short trip again soon. I highly recommend it. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom is very cosy and comfortable the same as the bed. The bathroom and especially the bathtub was the most relaxing thing as you can transform it into a hot tub and relax there.

Colours Hotel is absolutely beautiful! It’s right in the city center, just a few minutes’ walk from everything you need to see, visit, or get done 😍 The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and they even have gluten-free bread! Everything is very clean, and the staff is wonderful and kind. From now on, I’ll be staying here every time I come to Thessaloniki—I’m officially a loyal guest! The hotel is so positive and filled with amazing energy, just like the people! ❤️

A great spot to stay in Thessaloniki

Place is in the centre of town. A really vibrant hotel , love the colours. We had a very big spacious room looking towards the museum. Massive big powerful rain shower. The room & bathroom was spotless clean. The staff welcoming was memorable & helped to solve the problem where to store our touring bikes while we stayed. And to leave luggage before checkin time. Nice cafe & breakfast 10/10 for our lovely stay in Thessalonki

There was shouting from a guest at the hotel towards another guest’s children, claiming they were making noise, and this really frightened my children

Apart from location, there is nothing else worth staying at this hotel

Location only

There are two buildings and the staff told us that only after we went to the wrong one . The safe in room did not work, the staff could not fix it . The refrigerator was there for storing only, not cooling. But the worst of all was the noise coming from the street during night. I will never stay here again.

Excellent location, close distance to the Port parking (important for Thessaloniki in general), clean, not noisy even is located on a high traffic boulevard. Staff is very friendly and responsive.

There was a bit of smell because of the restaurant on a first floor. To activate the air conditioner you have to call reception

Location is close to everything

Parking is a bit far away & expensive. However, that’s the trade off for such an urban location. The parking pass allows you to drive in and out as often as you need to.

Kind staff, central location.

The reception & restaurant staff is very kind, helpful and courteous (as is the cleaning team). A special mention goes to Anastasia at the front desk, her motto seems to be: "Impossible is nothing!" The hotel is located by the busy Tsimiski avenue, from where you have easy access to the sea or upscale shopping, but the avenue is really loud and polluted - luckily, the hotel isolates the outside noise well.

No proper storage space in the rooms. The adjacent restaurant "The Garden Bar" has good breakfasts with free water, but they only serve 1 cup of coffee for free - there should be no price tag on breakfast coffee when you have a buffet breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay at " Urban Hotel " , the location is excellent , close to the centre , the rooms are large and with a very modern design , also a delolicious breakfast .
