The staff super helpful, the location and the restaurant downstairs were excellent! The hotel was modern and stylish!
The room was in a separate building, the door at the entrance didn't close easily (open most of the times)... didn't have a place to put the luggages (placed them on the chairs) and the room was crowded for a family of 4...the room needed a bit of a facelift and the door of the room could open just with a push even if it was locked!!!

The staff was exceptional, very polite, helpful, and friendly. Another big positive of the hotel is that they informed us the room was ready earlier and gave it to us with no extra charge! The hotel was clean and extremely central, in the best possible location so that everything was within walking distance. The area was safe 24/7.
The bed was a bunk bed, and the ladder to reach the top bunk was a bit steep and generally difficult for an adult to climb. For children, it was easier. The room was also very expensive, although in general all hotels in the city center have very high prices.

Excellent location
Service was appalling. Reception person argued about the type of room I had booked. When I said we had reserved a large room with museum view he said that was a higher category. Only when I retrieved the email booking confirmation did he relent. No apologies. Breakfast staff were arrogant & lazy.
