Modern Revival Luxury Hotel

No need for words just go there

1) Toilet: Very small toilet not convenient at all. The toilet is so close to the sink and shower that in order to use it you have open the shower door and place your feet almost at the sink... 2) Shower: It so small, you just enter it and must not move otherwise you will fall in the toilet. Once you have a shower then all the water falls in the bathroom as the hole to drain the water is in the middle (outside the shower). If you want to use the bathroom after you take a shower then you need to use flippers or swim as it is like a lake! Also, the water was never hot. We called the receptionist at 12:00 midnight and he said it is normal as the hotel is full and if everyone had a shower now then the water would get cold....Next day in the morning again it was cold...same at the afternoon same for the whole accommodation. 3) Soundproofing: It is just not exist. In our floor a lot of teenagers were staying. For the whole fay they made terrible noise. Until 2 o clock in the morning we were calling many times the receptionist to handle the situation as we couldnt sleep. 3) Staff: Not friendly and responsive. 4) Cleaning: Towels were old and multiused. Curtains were dirty and smell dust. Amenities include only shampoo and conditioner in the same bottle so shower gel was not exist. The floor in the bathroom was not clean and the room has humidity as it is always wet. 5) Luxury: Still trying to understand if they know what "luxury" means before choosing it for the hotel's name...Not hot water, very bad toilet, a bathroom full of water on the floor, not clean room, old towels and nothing to comment on a good side. Not worth the money AT ALL.
