Friendly staff, a cozy atmosphere, and a fantastic location just minutes from the city center.

There was a school living at the hotel at the same point and it was a bit noisy in the nights but what can you do... youth! :-)

Centrally located, close to everything. The rooms are large and spacious, the beds are very big. The breakfast is very good and varied

We liked the souroundings and night life of the city and the hotel is offering a good position near the parties.

Comfortable clean rooms and good breakfast are the strong points.

They have not specified the parking of the personal vehicle ia not included in the price of the hotel. The parking is not at the hotel and is not very comfotable to park your car. This is the only weak point.

Nice stay

Close to everything. Hotel was amazing. Staff was exceptional and friendly.

Only complaint I would have is that we had a family room. Each room had access to bathroom. Doors were made out of frosted glass. So if someone used the bathroom both rooms would get bright light waking the occupants. Also room key has room number on it. If you lost it someone can gain access to your room since number is displayed on it.

i could not rest properly after a long driving session to Thessaloniki

The boy from the reception was very nice and the room was clean.

1. the most annoying thing is that when you go to the garage where you need to park your car, you are NOT allowed to park it yourself. another guy working there do this thing(if they scratch the car you have no proof that they did it) 2. There was music in the street right near the hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE after a lot of hours of driving, you can't sleep till 2-3 am.

Comfortable and modern hotel, located in Egnatia street, a few minutes walk from Ladadika, the central area of Thessaloniki. Large, clean, very quiet room with all comforts. Continental breakfast with fresh products. Friendly and professional staff.

My room has no wifi. No connect. Reception and coridor has wifi but my room inside does not connect wifi. So I was not comfortable. I did not study in my room. It is a big problem And Thet did not solved it.

The bed mattress a little soft but was OK for 1 night The appartment 210, in the small room has a vent that keeps on running. Also because it is located with the window on the main street it is a little noisy in the night.

1st time in the hotel was good. 2nd not so good

Breakfast was good, location good, nice room with balcony (it was smaller than the last time though)

There was a school having a trip in Thessaloniki staying at the hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. Didn't sleep none of them because the first two nights the kids from the school were knocking on the doors and calling the room phone. The third night I was woken up by mosquitoes (killed 4 of them) because the cleaning staff kept letting the balcony door open. Also, I found out I was overcharged the last time I stayed there in the parking lot which works with the hotel. I told the reception about it and they did nothing.

Well located, comfortable stay.

The very reasonable price more than tripled over night from 8/9 of September as it was the first day of Thessaloniki cultural festival. That seemed too much of a leap. From €185 for the room on 8th to €700 the next day 😳

2-star hotel conditions with 4-star hotel price

The room was fine, clean. The breakfast was very good, and the lady who was there was very nice.

On the hotel's website it says private parking, without specifying that it is PAID private parking!! This is what we found out when we arrived at the hotel reception, in a rather inappropriate tone, the fact that private parking does not mean free parking. The bathroom was very small for a 4-star hotel, which didn't even have a shower cabin. Basically, you wet the whole bathroom after taking a shower.

The hotel has very friendly staff, large, beautiful rooms with all the comforts. the bathroom is big and looks like in the pictures. The breakfast is more than you wish for!

Load noise from the street if we sleep with the window open and the air conditioning too strong - it is centralized - if we sleep with the window closed.

Location, bed and pillow

The shower head was very very weak and we could barely shower. The hand shower was also dysfunctional as through some holes the pressure was very strong and you couldn't tolerate it on your skin but most holes were barely open and functional.
