Perfect. Great interior design, new clean and centrally located.

We stayed in Feb 2026 at the ICON SKG and it was fantastic. The interior is new and beautifully designed and all of very high quality. One great double mattress, so no drifting apart of two singles. The spacious accommodation was equipped with a coffee machine with Nescafe capsules, hot water kettle with a variety of tea bags, cookies, cuttlery, plates, glases, a sepatate sink, a little fridge, a hair dryer. The balcony was spacious and with comfortable chairs. At reception vendor machines offer drinks with reasonable prices (a can of soft drink €1,10) The location is central an in easy walking distance to sights, shopping, markets and the sea.

If you book more than 2 nights,you have to tell to the cleanning woman to change your towels or to take out the garbage,if not,they will not ask you. But anyway this is not a big thing

I would do it again.

Although not big rooms were very nice. Recently renovated, clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend it. They also met my ask for an early check in. Right in the center with easy access to night life and metro but in a safe area.

Amazing brand new hotel

Amazing brand new hotel with very clean room (and I am very strict with cleaniness) and modern equipment. The room also had a nice balcony and the lady at the reception gave me a room with a bigger balcony. The check in instructions are sent out quite late (shortly before the check-in) and the reception was empty most of the due to self-check in. Overall great value for money!

The street can be noisy but it wasn‘t every night noisy.

Wat een geweldig, prachtig hotel!!!! Na een hele slechte ervaring met een ander appartement zijn wij per toeval bij Icon Central SKG terechtgekomen. Wat waren wij tevreden!! Alles is netjes geregeld en je krijgt echt waar voor je geld. Elke dag is de receptie open van 10:00/18:00 uur waar personeel aanwezig is voor eventuele vragen. Daarnaast kan je ook altijd whatsappen en krijg je vrijwel direct antwoord! Er is een lift aanwezig en beneden heb je zowel een wasmachine als wasdroger waar je gebruik van kunt maken!! De kamers zien er prachtig uit en worden elke dag schoongemaakt. Op de derde dag van je verblijf wordt er een volledige schoonmaak gehouden. Bij de binnenkomst hal zijn 2 automaten aanwezig waar je iets lekkers te eten of drinken kunt kopen wat ook heel fijn is. De toegangscode werkt heel makkelijk en wij hebben daar totaal geen problemen mee ervaren. Wij zullen hier zeker weten terug komen in de toekomst en zullen Icon Central SKG zeker weten aanraden aan iedereen!!!

мы провели в этом отеле 3 ночи и могу сказать, что отель прекрасен! Очень удобные номера, отдельно хочу сказать про кровать - супер комфортная!! Есть большой балкон со столиком и стульями, умный свет в комнате и большая душевая с хорошим феном для волос и красивым зеркалом с подсветкой! Местоположение превосходное, самый центр города!

Нам не хватило только микроволновки, так как в номере есть тарелки и приборы, и мини-кухня, идеально было бы поставить микроволновку или мини плиту, чтоб можно было подогреть еду, но это мелочи:)

Oda temiz, yeni, konforlu, yeterli büyüklükte ve sessizdi. Ayrıca günlük temizlik de başarılıydı. Odada saç kurutma makinesi, terlik gibi detaylar da yer alıyor. Resepsiyonda sürekli bir kişi bulunmamasına rağmen Whatsapp’tan iletişim kolaylıkla kuruluyor ve ilgililer.

İçeriye bakan balkon çok sevimli bir manzara yaratmıyordu.

Ήταν πολυ καθαρό, καινούργιο μοντέρνο ,σε βολική τοποθεσια.Δεν εχει δικό του πάρκινγκ ομως εχει πολυ κοντά ιδιωτικά ,βεβαια όταν πληρώνεις 90 € το ξενοδοχείο ,το παρκιγκ 25€,μου φάνηκε πολυ ακριβό.Αλλα αυτό δεν εχει να κανει με το ξενοδοχείο.

Oda tertemiz ve yepyeniydi. Konumu da iyiydi. Sadece biraz erken gelince otele girmekte zorlandık personele ulaşana kadar kapıda bekledik. Bu nedenle geliş saatinizi belirtmenizde fayda var.

Καθαρή και ποιοτική διαμονή!

Όλο το κτήριο ήταν καινούριο και πεντακάθαρο. Το προσωπικό ήταν χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μας έκανε η ποιότητα των υλικών κατασκευής(πράγμα πολύ σπάνιο στις σύγχρονες μονάδες φιλοξενίας) και η άριστη ηχομόνωση σε μπάνιο, μπαλκονόπορτα και τοίχους. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική για εξορμήσεις στο κέντρο και με πολλα parking σε κοντινή απόσταση. Όλα τέλεια και σε πολύ λογική τιμή.

Tesiste genel olarak konfor ve temizlik güzeldi. Daha önce de kaldığımız bir yer olduğu için gönül rahatlığıyla tekrar tercih etmiştik. Ancak çıkışta beklemediğimiz bir durumla karşılaştık. Odayı tertemiz ve düzenli bırakmamıza rağmen bizden, bize ait olmayan kirli havlular gerekçe gösterilerek ödeme talep edildi. Fotoğraflar başka bir odaya aitti ama ne yazık ki orada olmadığımız ve kamera kaydı bulunmadığı için kanıtlayamadık. Muhtemelen bir personel hatasıydı ve sonradan kabul edilmek istenmedi. Biz durumu açıkça anlatıp ısrarcı davranınca, sonunda ödeme alınmadan konu kapatıldı. Yaşadığımız bu olay bizi üzdü ama tesisin konforu ve genel temizliği konusunda olumsuz bir deneyimimiz olmadı. Yine de çıkışta odayı teslim ederken personel çağırarak ya da kısa bir video çekerek kendinizi garantiye almanızı tavsiye ederim.

Olumsuz yanı yoktu. Otoparkı yok ama yakında paralı bir otoparka günlük 14 Euro ödeyerek bırakabilirsiniz.

Tolles Apartment in guter Lage mit herausragendem Service

Die Unterkunft ist neu, super sauber und sehr komfortabel. Wir fanden das Bett sehr bequem und das Bad ist geradezu luxuriös. Es ist alles da, was man braucht oder vielleicht brauchen könnte. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, man kann fast alles fußläufig erreichen und sowohl Bushaltestelle (Flughafenbus) als auch Metrostation sind gleich um die Ecke. Einen Taxistand gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Wir kamen in einer für uns schwierigen Situation (mein Mann hatte sich verletzt und konnte kaum laufen) und es wurde alles getan, um uns zu helfen und die Umstände zu vereinfachen. Jede Anfrage wurde sofort sehr empathisch und menschlich beantwortet. Vielen Dank!

Ιδανικό για 1-2 διανυκτερεύσεις. Πολύ καινούργιο - τα πάντα ήταν καινούργια, πάρα πολύ καθαρό, πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένο, πολύ μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι ειδικά για ψηλούς, πάρα πολύ καλό στρώμα, ωραία θέα με τζάμια σε κάποια μπαλκόνια, φωτεινό δωμάτιο και μπαλκόνι, καλή ηχομόνωση.

Πάρα πολύ άσχημη μυρωδιά στο Lobby (και λίγη μέσα στο δωμάτιο) μάλλον λόγω "κλεισούρας". Η καφετιέρα του δωματίου ήταν χαλασμένη. Η TV δεν ήταν συντονισμένη στα κανάλια. Δεν υπήρχε πλυντήριο. Δεν υπήρχε τρίτο/τέταρτο μαξιλάρι καβάντζα. Δεν υπήρχε Reception - κανένα ίχνος προσωπικού μιας και ήταν πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένο. Δεν υπάρχει parking.

Jako udobno i čisto unutar sobe. Sve je novo i funkcionalno.

Klima je pozicionirana na lošem mestu. Kada su velike vrućine i morate uveče spavati sa klimom, direktno duva u vas, morali smo da improvizujemo kačenjem majice. Nije loše staviti neki fleksibilni graničnik. Terasa je takođe bila malo prvljava, ali ništa strašno, verovatno je čišćeno nekoliko dana ranije. Posteljina je jako kruta. Fale jednokratne papuče.

Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία , δίπλα σε όλα και 5 λεπτά από την στάση του μετρό . Το κατάλυμα είναι ολοκαίνουργιο καθαρό και μοσχοβολάει(τα στρώματα είναι όνειρο), ό,τι χρειάστηκα με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα και με επαγγελματισμό . Το κλείσαμε τελευταία στιγμή και έγινε άμεσο check-in το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον έρθει στην Θεσσαλονίκη!!!
