I had an amazing stay at Antigon Urban Chic Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Thessaloniki and close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, it was totally worth the money and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Thessaloniki. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Antigon Urban Chic Hotel in Thessaloniki in November 2024 during our wedding, along with our guests. The helpful and always smiling staff shared in our excitement and made our stay truly unforgettable. This year, for our wedding anniversary, Antigon was again our first choice. We were so happy and touched that they kindly reserved for us the same room we stayed in last year. With its wonderful staff, perfect location, delicious breakfast, and great comfort, it will always remain our top choice. From the moment I arrived, the service was remarkable—warm, attentive, and professional. I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was a wonderful surprise and added to an already excellent experience. The room was sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained—every detail was spotless. The location couldn’t have been better: central, convenient, and ideal for exploring Thessaloniki. Though I didn’t opt for breakfast, I did take a look at the spread and instantly regretted not including it. It looked fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Next time, I definitely will. Customer service was top-notch throughout my stay. I truly have no complaints—something I rarely say. If I return to Thessaloniki, there’s no question where I’ll stay. Antigone Urban Chic Hotel exceeded every expectation.

I have already been multiple times here. This time we went for Easter. The staff was very kind as always. We even received traditional Easter bread, painted eggs and two candles to celebrate the holiday. Such a sweet gesture!

The hotel is not the best choice as after 5 months they still have the problem with the hot water.

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel and there was no hot water for shower . First time it took them 8 hours and second time 30 minutes to make hot water

They couldn’t understand that lack of hot water is major issue. A hotel offers a nice bed and a nice hot shower to relax. After traveling for 8 hours and going in the shower and have freezing water was not the best thing when you travel with the family. The hotel manager offered (for waiting 8 hours for hot water)a discount of 10euros while the cost per night was 180. I explained to him that he is funny. When this happened to me in Switzerland the hotel didn’t charge the night at all.
